Great experience day 1!
Rooms: Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom unit! Anna at check-in was wonderful and Marty helped us get settled in. He came to our unit (twice) to bring extra keys and help with A/C; then came back to help us figure out the tv system. Great customer service!
Nearby activities: Lots of amenities on property and a quick walk to downtown Jensen Beach restaurants and shopping mall.

Lovely place. Well maintained and clean. Staff and residents were extremely pleasant and friendly. Walking distance to a nice little town with interesting eateries. Beautiful pool, amazing gym, great amenities. I highly recommend!
Rooms: Beautiful rooms and interior. Well supplied and clean.
Walkability: Very close to shopping and restaurants on a waterside sidewalk. Very enjoyable!
Food and drinks: Cute little bar and Cafe on site.

During our recent evacuation from central Florida due to hurricane Milton we chose this Sun Outdoors facility as a safe place. Front desk staff, management and maintenance staff were excellent and treated us incredibly well. We felt it was necessary to stay safe so we rented a home there and left our RV on the site. The home rental rate was fair and the home was perfect for our stay. Even though the weather wasn’t conducive to full use of the facilities, we would highly recommend Sun Outdoors, Jensen Beach to anyone interested in this area of Florida. We will definitely consider returning for another visit to this beautifully maintained facility.

I have been visiting this campground for many years, it’s a long drive for us from Arizona but has always been worth the drive. I cannot express enough how well kept and perfectly run this RV resort has been. Beautiful location you can walk right to the shops and restaurants or cross the street for a beautiful stroll by the water. Unfortunately I’ve heard from various friends that the new manager has been showing signs of discrimination against the hispanic campers. He has also displayed absolutely no empathy for special needs renters. Service animals from my understanding are a necessity not a Pet. It’s very concerning that a camper would be evicted for not re registering his service animal after a month stay. Nobody I know has a registered dog there. The lots are pretty empty there this year I hear. Excluding long weekends. The Owner I’m sure is not aware of this type of discrimination. Sorry to hear this is happening unless addressed I will not be returning.

Was just asked by Managment a Mister Bob Pudlock which seems to be new there to leave the premises for failure to register my service dog. I asked Mr Pudlock to please send this request in writing and was hung up on. I am currently waiting for the email.

Staying at the RV park. Excellent staff, Anna at the front desk is terrific! Beautiful meticulous grounds. All roads and sites are asphalt, no gravel. Excellent drainage no standing water. Hugh beautiful pool and hot tub, pool bar with food. Nice gym and billard pool room. This is a 55+ housing Community with an RV park. The Rv park is not 55+, families and kids allowed. Weekends and holidays are busy and noisy. Train runs along the park often and load all day and night. Nice beach town, walking distance to groceries, restaurants and bars. Jensen Beach ocean is 3 miles. Would recommend.

This place is one of the most appealing, comfortable, full of first class amenities RV resort that we have visited. Located on the perfect location near the town with great access to the ocean

Had a great 4 days at Ocean Breeze RV resort beautiful place right near the water also staff and maintenance team were great. Only downside was the train tracks 100 yards away from our site. Just make sure you bring your ear plugs for when you sleep and you will be fine. Thank you Ocean

I have been living in this resort for 21/2 year.
I love it and the friends we've made. Before my husband and I moved here, we were told that the rv's in the back would be given notice to leave because sun would be building homes. The only rv's staying were the rv's in the middle. Now things are changing and we're finding out that rv's are being placed in the back of the park. Alot if these trailers are what alot of us call "trailer trash". They are old and run down. The value of our homes will deminish! I can go on and on but there's to much anger and disappointment among us! I would appreciate an answer about what is happening to our beautiful neighborhood
