I usually go to another branch but the last three times I went to PNC was this one in Jensen Beach. Each time I visited here I had the same Teller by the name Kiana. Each time she was very polite, friendly and professional at the same time. She is always helpul and answer's my question's. The second time I dealt with her I had a problem finding my Driver's License in my wallet. She was patient, didn't rush me and was concerned that I didn't lose it. Luckily I found in the wrong spot. Now that she reconnises me she asks how I'm doing and if I was off work today. I hope the Manager at this branch see's this post and takes note of it. PNC should be proud for her and knows she does a Great Job at Customer Service!

They wanted me to go to another Bank to Close the Account. Understaffed as all their Banks are. No Branch Managers at most, so Good luck getting someone to make a Decision. Horrible!

I presented a $2,500 check to cash from one of their customers. Since I didn’t have an account the teller was instructed to charge me $50 to cash their check! (2%) The teller was very professional but the institution is out of touch with consumer concerns! Shameful business practice!

This bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After 3 plus months my husband and I still do not have the ability to register our truck because PNC refuses to care about the thousands of dollars they themselves have invested in our vehicle loan. Not to mention the thousands we also put toward it & the monthly payments that have already begun. We get the run around at every turn and call especially to the local branch. I do not recommend this bank for auto loans nor any normal banking as they are not trustworthy to deal with your needs and have terrible customer service.

Pnc robs there customers. I had to ACH payments taking out of my account that I wasn’t aware, which took my account Into the negative. Instead of emailing me that day, PNC waited until the following day to email me, to let me know my account was put in the negative a day ago. They wait two days to email you so they can charge you insufficient fees and then notify you, instead of notifying me the day off, in which I would of happily put money in my account to avoid getting fees. PNC does this on purpose so they can hit you with service fees instead of notifying you so you can try to make t right. I will be closing my account and my friends and family members will be closing there accounts to and bringing our money elsewhere. I hope those service fees and your “policy’s” are worth losing customers. Maybe you’ll email someone the day off, not wait another day next time so you don’t have to steal your customers money

I am not sure of the bad ratings, perhaps there has been some changes. I was carrying my puppy and the staff all came to hold him. I was treated perfectly. Warm and friendly staff. I was offered some opportunities with banking that I might consider. The people greeted everyone that came into the branch professionally.
