The people who work at this Pharmacy are some of the most helpful and caring people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my 65 years. I had been using Express Scripts through TriCare for life because it was 1) supposed to be easier and 2) a better value. After the last three years of delays, missed shipments and claims of shortages (but Publix had the meds) I finally figured out Express Scripts is just another government boondoggle and took my business to Publix full time. That one small part of my life is better now. Thank you Publix pharmacy people.

My wife switched to publix years ago because of problems at Walgreens and CVS and has been very happy! She is on numerous medications and has not once had an issue getting her medicine!

Key lime pie was the main reason I viisted Publix for the first tiem, many years ago. Ten to fifiteen years ago, on a trip thru the Florida Keys,I aksed a a volunteer at the Piegon Key Information/Visitors Center for recommendations on good places to eat. During our conversatio, she said that Publix had the absolute best KEY LIME PIE. So, on my first visit to a Publix, we bought a Key Lime pie that we enjoyed over lunch, dinner and lunch again the next day. Since that visit many years ago, a visit to Publix (and a key lime pie) are always on my travel agenda. Now, Publix is a major supermarket chain and they do sell groceries other than key lome pie. Every Publix I've visited - including this one - has always been clean, well lit ad well stocked. If I lived in Florida, Publix would be my grocery store of choice.

Re the Jensen Beach, Florida store. Light, bright, spacious. But the customer service staff, one woman in particular, rude and clueless. One star for the staff, five for the store. Three stars, a shame.

I told the young man with the long curly hair at the counter that I was in a lot of pain when he told me 15 or 20 minutes more for the prescription and five minutes later they had me out of there. Thank God compassion rains here I have like three different surgery scheduled and I’m in a lot of pain and they cared.

This is one of the Publix that I really like. They are pretty helpful throughout the stor3.I want to mention a young man Dakota. He was assisting customers in self service for checking out.I have never had such friendly, helpful, and non-intrusive service there.He was friendly, immediately helpful, and such a good smiling person. Keep it up Dakota you win my vote for the best of employees in that area at least. This young man will go far.

Terrible experience, no "publix customer service" here. Techs only care about saying a problem isn't their fault and refused to offer any solutions. At first she told me I could exchange the medication for the right one, then two seconds later said no thats not allowed. Should have read the reviews before I took my script here. Staff is not good at their jobs and it cost me money to find that out. Shame on publix for employing these staff members.

I was told my prescription would be ready. I have the Publix app which texts you when your script is ready. They don’t use it. I called and they said it was ready and when I arrived I had to wait for it. Then later when I got home I got the text. That’s a little late isn’t it? I was told the script would be processed immediately after my doctor called it in. It was called in at 6:45pm. The pharmacist was aware I had to leave town at 4:30am the next morning and said it would be ready and I would get a text. I did not get a text. I called the store manager in the morning and let him know what was going on and he said he would speak to the pharmacist immediately. When I arrived they didn’t open the pharmacy until 9:05. The pharmacist was rude, not letting me speak, talking over me and said it would be a 1/2 hour because she “is all by herself”. This is utter nonsense. If you cannot service your customers then tell them so they can shop elsewhere. Maybe this is why this pharmacy has a 2.7 star rating. Not very good for a Publix pharmacy. Other issues with Publix are their Driscoll berries, bad Jenny O turkey, bad milk and more. I have lost my faith in Publix.

If you like condescending pharmacy employees, ones that give you other people’s prescriptions, laugh in your face when you’re in to pick up prescriptions that didn’t arrive on time, you will enjoy shopping here. These employees are perfect examples of people that shouldn’t have any contact with the public. They’re lacking people skills. Just being polite is not in their skill set. What a shame.It’s not like this is their first pharmacy. Publix should have it figured out by now.
