If I could rate zero Stars I would I've spent over $600 in the store on shoes but my last purchase was a black pair of Nike path high top shoes that are defective the glue is coming out of them the material is ripping and when I brought this up I was still in the return window but I was shoved to the side like no one cared and it was light on to where I had to contact Nike corporate to try and get help so if you ask me you guys should have honored my defective issue but this definitely has made my decision that I will not be shopping at Rack Room anymore thanks for all the help

I can usually find the right fit when I go there & I am very picky when buying shoes and sneakers too. They have good prices also. This is the first store I go to before all others for sneakers and casual wear.

Very good selection of shoes, good special offers on sports shoes. The store is quiet and spacious.

Didn't have the size of shoe we needed so the associate ordered them for us. They will ship for free and should have them in a couple a days

Went in with my mom looking for hey dudes, the guy in there with the crossed eye is arrogant and condescending, but the store itself is nice. Decent prices. I ended up having 3 discount promos, so got 30% off her shoes.

A lot of good brands to choose from multi sizes including wide width arch, arch support, many grid work boots, dress shoes, skating shoes, major brands and then a few that you don't know of go see the place lot of shoes lot of boots especially women shoes a lot for you to look through girls

No customer service what so ever. I broke my foot a few months ago, I am now out of the boot. I need a good constructed sneaker. No one ever asked if I needed help. So sad.

Wanted k swiss but got a pair of nice nikes, half off doesn't apply to Nike unfortunately ?. So I got a nice pair of sandals. In and out quick with friendly service .
