I have been banking with Seacoast for a while now and nothing beats calling a bank and getting a human on the other end of the line! Heather Hoffman at Seacoast helped me recently when I was inquiring about a HELOC. She was kind, honest, informative, and if I ever have any banking questions in the future I will be asking for her specifically. I highly recommend Heather and her team at Seacoast Bank!

I have heard great things about them, and I had a great experience today as a new customer at Seacoast Bank. Linette was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, addressing all of my questions with ease. The bank had a welcoming atmosphere that I really liked; everybody said hi! It's not everyday you walk into a bank and people greet you with such friendliness. I would gladly recommend Seacoast Bank to others based on the excellent service provided by Linette and the overall friendly environment. I look forward to working with Seacoast further.

I had a really good experience at Seacoast Bank! I was in there last week, and they approved my loan for the new boat!! I have never been to a bank like this before. The people there were really friendly and ready to help. The staff knew a lot and made me feel like an important part of their group. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, like being with family. I totally recommend Seacoast Bank to my friends, family, and clients. They give really good service that goes above and beyond.

Worst bank to deal with. Every dealing with this bank is like pulling teeth. You need to take money out they question you about you own money. Need a cashiers check your going to wait an hour. It’s always something at this place. I’ll stick with BOA

My bad with the timetables here because I'm doing it after midnight and then again the next day thinking that it's a different day apologize thank you for your help. Your service is wonderful. I've been with your bank for 28 years and this is not a problem or an issue.

This is not directed to any one particular location . Its directed to corporate Seacoast. Seacoast used to be a great hometown bank and treated there customers like family. Now they are nickel and diming us just like the rest of the big banks! Check your accounts people!I started a savings account for my grandson $500 it is now $456. from all the new fees. They also, mailed me something that was returned and they charged me because they had the wrong address. TWICE!I asked the woman how this could be a savings account when it keeps depleting. All of my accounts have new charges that were not there when i started at Seacoast. That's why I left all the big banks. Time to find another bank. UGG! Wow! Don't you make enough money???

Attempted to cash a check here. I don't have an account but the check was drawn on Seacoast.When I pulled out my 2 forms of ID, I realized I had accidentally grabbed a credit card instead of a 2nd form of ID. So I apologized to the teller then double checked that I could use my state issued medical MJ card (as I had done once in the past). I was told Yes.When I returned 15-20 minutes later, I was told I couldn't use the ID & no one recognized the description I gave of the teller. I told them it was on camera & I was still brushed off.Now mind you, the list of Approved IDs is taped on the teller counter in front of the keyboard.Get whatever in writing with the name of the teller cause they will lie to you.
