I just came out of the Sephora at Khol's. I picked up my item and went to the line to pay for my purchase. I was the only one on the line and waited for over 5 minutes to be called to the register. Now mind 2 cashiers, one had a customer but the other was just talking with the customer the other cashier had. What is disappointing is that the cashier talking looked at me. I don't know what has happened with our customer service, but this is why I gave the 2 stars. I did not feel welcoming in the store.

A little unsatisfied with today's visit. No one volunteered to help, seemed like I was bugging the workers for help. I didn't know what kind of sales there were or where they were. Too much personal business talk. Needs to be a little more professional.
Edit, it also did not look clean in there or organized with the makeup samples. I usually go crazy with shopping, but I just walked around in circles.

If I could give. ZERO I would . By far the WORST customer service ever. I waited in line with 300 dollars worth of stuff. There were two registers in front. One was having issues and the other had a VERY slow customer. I finally walked up to the young woman and she turned her back to open a UPS package. I said “ can you please check me out I’ve been waiting a while”. She told me I would need to wait until the other register was fixed. I dropped the stuff there and said “Keep it! I will NEVER BE BACK”. She could have waited on me, her register was working. Instead, she was opening a box that could have waited until I left! I ordered my items online in my car.

I’ve been here a bunch of times in the past 3 months as it’s the only Sephora closeby in the treasure coast. Not only do they have NO CONCEALER FOR WHITES, their products look like they have been raided by 10 year olds and all shades are in different spots. Also instead of asking if you need help they stare as you walk around the store

Stay away! In the store last week for the first time .
And I got a staph infection from trying on a bare minerals make up sample, that I was assured was new and sanitized. $200.00 in antibiotics and doctor visit, .
Left my name and phone number for store manager to contact me so no more people don't get it, and she hasn't even bothered to contact me, so I'm calling the health department!

It's small and isn't as good as it was when it was inside JCPenny's!! They don't know how to help you out with the products!! I was very disappointed. I will go down south to a Sephora store before I go back to this one, unless it's to return part of my purchase because the color didn't match!!!

My interaction with Jade was so uplifting. Jade was such a breadth of fresh air. She was so knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, and took her time to write how to use them, either a.m or p.m. In today’s world curtesy seems to be a lost art. Jade is truly an asset for Sephora.

Cashiers were great. Manager was the rudest I've ever encountered. Would not give you the time of day. So mad I canceled all cards, including Kohls.

My encounter with Diane at this Sephora location was incredibly unpleasant. Her rudeness and lack of assistance left me deeply frustrated. I recently moved to the area and was shocked by the level of service I received—it was the worst experience I've ever had. To make matters worse, I felt racially profiled, which is completely unacceptable. When I called to speak with the manager, their nonchalant attitude only added to my disappointment. It was clear they had no intention of addressing my concerns or finding a solution, despite one being readily available. I will never set foot in this establishment again, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone. This was truly the worst experience I've ever had.
