Thanks to Manager Joe for helping my son out with a transaction from 2 months ago for a Sprayground bag that had a defective zipper. He was polite, consistent and very helpful. Thank you again Joe! I wish all stores had employess like you working for them.

From the moment we walked in, they both made us feel welcomed with their friendly and approachable demeanor. my experience at shoe palace was amazing ! The staff was fast and efficient, I come in the mall often with my husband and we never really stopped in shoe palace because we didn’t think it was our style. But we tried today and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint!! Kaliyah and Joe made our day with their outstanding customer service.

As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. I was greeted as soon as I came in by I think his name was RJ he was really nice, most shoe places don’t do that. Joe the store manager was very attentive and helped me find some shoes that I just love! I will definitely be back thank you!!
