The techs that come on-site are good. Beyond that, they get a zero for communication and support. Getting someone other than service on the phone is almost impossible and getting the right person on the phone to discuss billing issues is seemingly impossible. I would never enter into a new contract with them under any circumstances even if they gave the copiers to me!

WARNING WARNING WARNING..if you buy new copiers from this company, READ ALL the small print. Bought 4 new copiers, 2 weeks later business closed down. Bank tried to contact the business to make a settlement and they would not return calls. We paid thousands and thousands more than the retail price for the machines. Tried to call them to negotiate a settlement and they would not return calls. Bank was willing to negotiate, but company would not return call to bank. They are not very willing to work with you unless you're buying new products. They are only interested in selling. Would NEVER recommend them to any business.
