“This is the first car buying transaction in the last 10 years where I feel good about the car buying process and the after the sale service. The last 3 cars have been purchased from another dealer in town and I've always felt like I've never gotten a fair deal on the purchase and afterward I'm just a number after the sale, even on warranty coverage. I purchased this car from the Jensen Beach Carmax and the trade in was fair, no pressure to negotiate and the follow up service is fantastic. After driving the car for a day I noticed a few things that needed attention and brought it back the next day. Johnathan in service got me right in, ordered parts and less than a week later I brought the car back and its being fixed. We also bought the extended coverage. Before I purchased it I called a friend who works for an extended warranty company. She said the Carmax coverage was good and her dealers would not be able to even match that price. All around, a big thumbs up.”
“On my way to st. Agustín, one of my rv tire valve stem broke due to having tire sensors. Stop at the shop and was able to replace all my tire stems to avoid having the same problem again. The shop took care of the problem super fast and was able to get back on the road quick.”

“Initially I was called by a gentleman named Marc which gave me an appointment and he personally LOCATED MY VEHICLE which couldn’t be found ANYWHERE! When I got there I was greeted by excellent customer service! This dealer has had a MAJOR improvement! I came in and dealt with a salesman Brandon who was SUPER professional and informed me well on the vehicle! I was then helped by 2 managers Chuck and Rodney who were BEYOND RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS AND VERY FRIENDLY!!!!!!! I then was taken into finance and dealt with a guy named Robert Coker who wasn’t money hungry and informed me of the packages that were needed! My sales person followed up with me occasionally from that first visit up until I actually came to the dealership to purchase last Saturday. Needed to travel again. Christian got with the Service advisor, car promised by end of next day, it was completed ahead of the promised time.

My goal was simple: find a car I could get pre-purchase inspected, negotiate fairly based on the inspection report, and drive away with a reliable car. You would think that would be easy, but after dealing with Facebook Marketplace sellers and even big-name national dealerships, I was shocked at the lack of professionalism, overpriced vehicles, and flat-out bad deals I came across.
That all changed when I found Lewis at Alexander Prestige / St. Marc Auto Sales. From start to finish, Lewis was straightforward, transparent, and genuinely professional. For the first time in a long time, I bought a car and didn’t feel like I was getting scammed.

“I purchased a 10 year old used Audi for my son from a Stuart Audi dealer. It came with a six month warranty. A few months later, I had a catastrophic problem while on the other coast of Florida. After an outlandish quote from Audi Ft Meyers I reached out to Garren and Vinny for advice on how to handle a repair and get an estimate of what I was told was wrong. They were very forthcoming and once I realized I was being flat out robbed by mechanics in Fort Myers I had the car towed to Monterey motor cars.
Vinny and Garren were meticulous at diagnosing and explaining the catastrophic failure to not only me but to the insurance company. They literally fought for me (and won). I can’t thank them enough. I did see an issue with the warranty like others were saying They do try and slip it through on your paper work so WATCH FOR THAt !! for a few weeks before the purchase, I asked to record some clips of the engine bay, and he really came through. all the questions I asked him were honestly and promptly answered.
when I drove up today to see the truck in person, the truck was everything as he described, and the pictures and video he sent me were not deceiving.
I bought this truck with cash, and turned up short of the transaction after county and state taxes were calculated in, and he agreed to drive me to the bank up the road to get the rest without hesitation.
