I went to the post office in Jensen Beach Florida off Savannah Road on 23 May, to mail an envelope to immigration, the young lady told me to send it priority, not priority tracking where we could’ve watched it, as of today 22 June, the package is still not arrived, I had to pay and have it resent another source. I was not in there to blame the young lady, but she showed such little empathy like oh well that’s your loss. You don’t get your money back. People just have no manners no nothing today and especially the workers in the United States post office in Jensen Beach. I will never go there again to send anything not that I ever use The First time I do, they don’t even get it right. Good luck no doubt the post office will go out of business very soon.

The young lady went way above and beyond helping with a passport renewal application and packaged it all up all nice and neat ready to go complete with all the fixins. Very sweet and attentive to the elderly.

Tried applying for passports here and the woman was so unpleasant she made absolutely everything more difficult than it had to be! She had an overall terrible attitude and an unwillingness to actually be helpful, it made me literally give up and walk out. so now I will be going to fort pierce to apply for my passports won’t be going back there again

Incredible post office, it's a shame they short staff these clerks. You can empathize and understand why they're so stressed out at times. Every time I go in, Im helped promptly and with a Down to earth refreshing demeanor.

I had appt to get passports for my two kids. When we get there we waited about 10 min, an employee called us and said part of the application is not done. Therefore you have to reschedule for another day. She stated I lost 3 minutes of my time already. But these three minutes actually the employee took them from me. Because she did not call me ontime. T is a Corrupt post office. I took my kids out of school and my husband and I took a day off from work. Imagine we are in a country where employees serve themselves instead of serving the people.
I hope trump does more to close more corrupt government's institutions.
The post office should be from the people to the people. Not to take minutes from my time than count seconds on me just to push people away. And the employee sit down and do nothing.
I hope the higher ups look into this to see what really their employees do. Not servicing the people intended to serve, the reality the employees are serving themselves.

Worst customer service ever! According to Tabitha who was at the counter, I was informed that I was 6 minutes late for my passport appointment and would need to reschedule. My email had the appointment time as 11:15-11:30. I arrived with my granddaughter, who I took out of school to accomplish this, and was informed that if I were at the doctors office they would have made us reschedule too. I asked for a supervisor. Tabitha then left her position and went into the back room for 5 minutes, leaving one gentleman to process the line of customers. She eventually came back out, completely ignoring me while the gentleman finally went to the back for the supervisor. Supervisor tried to be pleasant and explained to me that the time on the email was the amount of time allocated for the appointment. Guess the email should have explained it more clearly for us morons. Ended up going to the clerks office in St Lucie West. No appointment needed, very pleasant employees and no issues.

Very disappointing experience at this post office. The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me right. Instead of providing guidance, they were dismissive and rude! I would avoid this location if possible and take my business elsewhere.

If I was allowed to put zero stars I would I have never gotten such horrible customer service experience from anyone or anywhere before. and they straight up showed that they didn't care I showed up with my newborn trying to get his passport done after driving 40mins to this location to get passport and photo service I was there earlier than my appointment but had an error on the form the young lady brutally told me she can't help me as her next appointment is coming in 15mins not there yet post office was empty by the way. I begged her as I work during the week and this was a 40 mins drive from my home I corrected the form in 2 mins waited to speak to the manger who came to tell me that she can't do anything to help i had to reschedule the appointment. It is like they straight up did not intend to do this appointment at all. No one deserve to ever be treated this way I did not leave anything only had an error on the form which i fixed before even leaving there.

There is a lack of friendliness in this location unlike anything I have ever experienced. Customers asking questions or clarification are responded to as if they’re being bothered. The messages are never consistent. I witnessed this with my own experience, my family members telling me stories and while waiting in line watching them work with customers. Mainly the young girl on the far left.

What a terrible service I got from a black lady who “assisted” me. I had a question and instead of nicely explaining it to me she took it as a personal attack. She didn’t take in my letters and didn’t put the stamps on it and said that I can just do it myself. The line wasn’t even long behind me. She was obviously pretty rude! I am asking since you already gave me the stamps and charged me, why can’t you just take my letters?! Does it cost money to be kind?!
How about just doing your job?!
