I was at Walgreens for over 45 minutes last night dealing with an issue regarding my insurance. I was told I’d be given an emergency prescription because I’m diabetic. After waiting in the car line for 20 minutes, they told me to come inside.
Once I got in, the pharmacist in the white coat — Kristen — was unbelievably rude and acted like she couldn’t be bothered to help her overwhelmed coworker, who was clearly doing her best to handle both the drive-thru and in-store customers. You could see how stressed she was, and meanwhile Kristen was in absolutely no rush to assist anyone.
I waited another 15 minutes before my boyfriend came in to ask what was going on, and Kristen had the nerve to say, “I had stuff to do before you got here.” Excuse me? I was shocked and honestly hurt. I called for help, and instead, we were met with attitude and overheard her making rude comments about us while we stood there waiting.
I’ll be switching my pharmacy immediately. Kristen shouldn’t be working in healthcare if that’s how she treats people in vulnerable situations. God bless the other woman who did her best, but this was completely unacceptable.

TERRIBLE Pharmacy staff. Go to Publix for amazing service. BEWARE ….. Expect to be on the phone for a minimum of 30 minutes before someone takes your call. They pick up the phone and place you on hold and repeat this over and over. Then when they do finally answer, the staff is so rude and so incompetent that it takes days for you to finally get your prescription.
. I’m an RN,, I’ve dealt with a lot of pharmacies in my 40+ years , and I have never ever Seen a pharmacy this poorly run. They should be ashamed of themselves. They’re not going to be satisfied until someone is hurt medically because of their incompetence. Shame on you JB Walgreen.

left me on hold for 15 plus minutes and proceeded to be rude with basic questions. If you CANT handle it dont work there or do the pharmacy profession. Pretty straight forward. Trash store

They canceled one of my prescriptions because they won’t make an exception for the 28 day rule where most pharmacies allow .
I’m leaving the state tomorrow, so I saw my doctor 2 days earlier than last month . Not only did they cancel my prescription they didn’t notify me . I understand that today is 27 days , so I told them the situation and instead of trying to help me she was beyond rude , and my other prescription was supposed to be ready at 5:23pm , but it’s now almost 9pm and still isn’t finished. This is literally my first bad review I’ve given anyone , but not to my surprise the pharmacy has all 1 star . I can’t cancel leaving tomorrow, so a medication that if I don’t take can give me severe health problems.

Omg the worst rude and takes forever to fill a prescription always stating pending! I use mail order for most meds everyday meds I would never use them Walgreens has maybe 2-4 pharmacists they should hire more staff like cvs

This store has some of the worst pharmacist floats in the area, every time i get an Rx filled theres one issue or another. The Pill Monkeys pretent to be Doctors and try to make Medical Decisions unless you call them out on it, THIS is a violation of the law! Theyre training in the law is abismal.. BCBS Needs to dump these clowns. And as patients you need to know the law when they try to make and over ride a medical decision or decisions that YOU AND YOUR DR HAVE ALREADY MADE FACE TO FACE, regarding Rx types, dosage and off label usage...Its time to put the Pill Monkeys in their Place, call their supervisors and the Pharmacy board, file complaints when needed and suspend their licenses..its the ONLY WAY to get rid of the trash!

Lovely employees! The manager is so sweet and does a great job. I explained my problem and she assured me and another employee chimed in with an example of how they resolved a similar issue previously. Nothing but good things to say about the after 5pm crew

Instead of going on a rant about the mortifyingly rude experience I just had, I'll just say that I've officially broken up with Walgreens. I'll be using Amazon pharmacy for scripts and CVS for any convenience needs.

This is the Worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my 64 years. Took me 3 trips up there so I could pickup my heart medication. The service customer was horrible & terrible pharmacist I ever had to Not deal with, bad management. Go to CVS it has to be batter then Walgreens.

I see why this location is 3 stars. Poor customer service. I went it to look for bandage wraps and 2 Walgreen employees (1 a nurse from pharmacy & the other in sales) stood right in front of me (literally inches away) as they helped each other look for a specific item in the same shelf section I was in front of. None of which asked if I needed anything. And when I went to look for the associate just laughed and brushed it off. I guess they expected me to move out of their way because it seemed like where I was standing I was problem. No excuse me no nothing just completely ignored.

It never fails every time I go there-there is always a 45min wait, although I was told I would be ready in 30 minutes.

I have been doing business here and with the pharmacy for about 5 years. Used to be a good place but their staff changed about 2 yrs ago. The people are rude, mean and borderline violent. The pharmacy gave me someone else's medicine in Jan of this year. When I took it back the person screamed at me for breaking in to there pharmacy and stealing it. They wanted to call the police. But I had watched as they pulled the plastic bag out of a bin and, without looking placed it in a paper bag with my label attached. Personnel argued with me for a good thirty minutes before deciding to remedy the problem. They have since been snide to me as soon as I approach the counter. Supposedly everything I say in asking for my prescription is perceived as something hostile. The lie and make up excuses for their reprehensible behavior. I spoke to the store manager and informed him of what was going. He denied absolutely everything an then had one of the people in the pharmacy come to the counter screaming in a raised voice that I needed to stop with the lies, meanness and disrespect of his employees and ordered me to comply! I told him he needed to stick with correcting his and his peoples behavior as I was the customer and he had no authority to speak that way to a customer
Of course, I left and immediately changed pharmacies. Walking into this store is like walking in on a war zone by accident. Not friendly or truthful!
