We had a great experience with Erick at this location, he went out of his way to help us as new home buyers with our wire transfer. He took extra time to educate us so we understood all of the paperwork and made sure to call and follow the next day!

Not talking about this location. At all, but Wells Fargo bank is the worst bank I have ever used in my life. Worse than BofA..I will never come back here, ever again.Spent my whole savings acct to pay off a credit card. Three days later they hiked it up 1000$ like I paid nothing.. while I was tracking everything I was paying for..Then said it was my fault, just a shady place. The app sucks, the interest rates are terrible go to a credit union

Horrible banks, sitting in the commercial drive through for 20 minutes and nothing, apparently they ignore the drive through and people who are at work are the lowest priority. My job uses this bank or I wouldn't come to Wells Fargo ever. Worst bank in the USA. Avoid Wells Fargo at all cost.

Never had such a bad experience at Wells Fargo in my life. I waited 20 minutes in line to get a direct deposit slip, then was told I have to wait in another line to talk with somebody else. Then I had 3 people who came here AFTER me get to go ahead of me. Not to mention the manager Lynette came out and was condescending and rude when I told her I just need a direct deposit slip, and let this older lady skip me in line. I waited over an hour for a piece of paper.

Drive threw at 1 pm on Monday afternoon was terrible . Older heavyset African American lady was very rude. Was pissed caused I asked for 20.00 in coins . Mind you I have been a customer since the 90's of Wells Fargo . She said I can't hear you !!and cuts the mike out and started making faces at some co worker Geez . It's was obvious lady .You re pissed because you have to get off your throne and put $20 in quarters threw a tube it's time you look a job that makes you happy. Another I'm happy Wells Fargo customer ....

Third time coming to this bank to open a teen checking account. Previous two times, gave up because the wait was so long. This time, we came in on a Saturday, where I had seen earlier in the morning there were three agents in the "desk" area. But when we returned about 25 minutes before they closed, there was only one account manager still working, she was busy, and she told us to leave and come another day. Makes me wonder if it's worth engaging with this branch.

I just switched over to your bank from my other bank. What impresses me the most at this point is the fraud alert messages that I get. I get an instant message to see if it was me. Thank god I called the 1 800 number bc I found out that a transaction was made for muscle milk, and has reimbursed me that amount. Which was not me, and also they put a block on my card from that transaction. My last bank never ever informed me when I had fraud protection put on there. No text message or email, and I was constantly over drafted. I just want to say thank you
