The pharmacy has very poor customer service etiquette. They hold the drive thru lane up 20 minutes or longer to service one customer. It will be the last time I make this mistake. Gone are the days of fast friendly service at this store in Newberry FL.

I’m currently on hold for the pharmacy to check for a prescription for my son. I’ve been on hold a told so far of 49.23 mins and someone picked up and said how can I help and then said I was ringing the wrong phone and she’d transfer me now if, I would like to hold again. Now wtf if the issue here! Ridiculous

Scheduled COVID vaccine and was denied the vaccine due to inaccurate interpretation of CDC guidelines. Also the pharmacist violated HIPPA guidelines. Protected health information needs to be collected in private settings NOT at the pharmacy desk which is public.

This CVS is probably the worst pharmacy in the country. It has the same employees for years and rather than helping folks in the line, they care more about taking about how they pickup their coffees from McDonald's or Starbucks while people are in line to get help. Oh ya, their phones are also not answered while you can hear saying "customer on pharmacy calls waiting". I have been waiting to get a flu shot for a week after scheduling an appointment and after calling them and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, they told me it will be $25 for no insurance customers. After going there and waiting then they told me they can't get their coupon to work and ya also they don't accept my GoodRx coupon either because they don't get "paid from them". What a scam. Good thing I asked again for the price rather than afterwards or they would have made me pay full price. Beware of this places. Use Publix and pay $25-30 with GoodRx.

I just went there to pick up my prescriptions in the drive through and while I am waiting, I witness the tech drop some pills on the pills and she picked them up and put them back in the bottle. I will be moving my prescriptions to Walgreens and will never shop there again.

Ok, but slow and expensive. I have always used the drive through here, or more correctly the park through. Never bothered to go in the store because it is just as slow. So we have the Dr. call in the prescription, and we drive over to the CVS to pick it up and you never know how much the prescription will be ... one month it is x and the next month it is x + y and then some times it is j. I think they have a roulette wheel they use to determine what our co-pay will be. Then you tell them your name and date of birth give them your id's and they still ask you the same questions over and over. Maybe it is not CVS's fault and all places are like this ... anyway it is relatively convenient to get to as there is a nice light to turn and that makes it easier to get in and out than a lot of other places.
