The pharmacy at the Jonesville store is horriable. They never get anything right and when you try to speak with someone about it they are either rude or give you the run around on who ou need to speak to.

I have tried for 4 days to have my vital medicine delivered. I keep getting told to go to the app. The app is not working. I have called every day to ask for help and explain that the app is not working. No one cares or is willing to help me. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Nice clean store. Natasha S at this store is a super nice person who helped me get my acne meds and helped me maximize the discount coupons. Nice pleasant personality is a plus. Definitely a golden employee and a keeper.

Pharmacy staff are incompetent. It used to be a decent pharmacy but I don’t know what’s happened recently. Technicians consistently making mistakes when you go in there to buy allergy medication or call up to ask for a prescription to be put on hold. I have had nothing but issues recently and tonight waited in the car pick up for 30 minutes before I decided to just go into the store which then took another 15 minutes. I was picking up one prescription and waited a total of 45 minutes. There is one technician who cannot be qualified to do the job because he is constantly making mistakes. I don’t know why they let him handle customers. Will transfer my scripts to Publix from now on.

Go to a different pharmacy. My prescriptions are continuously “not received” and they blame my provider, though my provider confirms sending it multiple times. They never seek to troubleshoot or figure out why it happens. Don’t go through the trouble, just pick a different pharmacy.

Had the pharmacist call me back and literally was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever came across at a pharmacy. Literally rude and condescending when I was just asking questions. Ends it with “anything else , no, okay, bye” do better cvs

This CVS pharmacy is either short staffed or incompetent.
Wait time is horrendous when picking up. Also, they appear not to be able to run coupons. Even when we have been using coupons for the same exact prescription.
Very dissatisfied!

I've been with this Pharmacy for more than 3 years now, because my insurance had a deal with CVS and forced me to use them.
The service has been very smooth from the pharmacy itself and people are very nice and very knowledgeable.
I am very frustrated with the CVS software system, which is really crappy. The pharmacy in Jonesville has no fault here.
I have had all my shots without without any issue.
Overall, great place, very friendly service, competent personnel. But CVS software system is crappy

I would give zero stars if it were a choice. I have quit this pharmacy because the employees there are overworked, understaffed, and very unprofessional in their service. Since quitting them, my new pharmacy has TWICE requested that they send all prescriptions to them, but they have only sent three out of at least six. I am having to contact my doctors to send new prescriptions to my new pharmacy.
They are backed up in their work, forcing customers to have long waits both in the drive-in window, and in person inside the pharmacy. They have made errors in filling my prescriptions. I highly recommend having NOTHING to do with them The outfit is very UNPROFESSIONAL, and that is unacceptable for a pharmacy.

The pharmacy has really gone done hill. I drive 20 miles to go to the CVS in Janesville FL. Service is horrible at the pharmacy. There's a short bold guy that works there that's not to nice. He acts like he owns cvs. No one knows what they are doing. Might change everything over to Walgreens.

This is probably the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to the pharmacist are very rude. They never have the order ready when you come in even though online it says the orders are ready. I would stay far away from this pharmacy and find another place to go there’s a Walgreens across the street.

They have misfilled prescriptions. They told me incorrect information on at least 2 occasions. Will blame "corporate policy" when they do not want to do something. Finally able to switch with new insurance. Adios!
