If it weren’t for Joy I’d give 0/5 if I had the option…A African American store cashier clerk, Fran, disrespected me upon checkout for no reason what-so-ever. All I had was a question about the CVS app and then wanted her to confirm the total due on her end; however, when I asked the amount her demeanor completely 360’d. She aggressively tapped on the payment processing terminal and demanded that I look at the screen. She was very brash, ignorant, and rude. I was trying to understand where the disconnect had ensued, but some people just aren’t worth your time. I’m living off of borrowed time as it is.Meanwhile, another cashier clerk named Joy lives up to her name, as she brings enjoyment to the store and to its customers. Joy actually adds value to the customer experience. She’s very well spoken, professional, patient, rational and empathetic to her employees and more importantly, her customers. Joy truly is the best employee at that store location. Honestly, she should be manager, superseding Larry. In order to do better you got to hire better. I’d suggest you get rid of Fran but to each it’s own in this broken society. That is all thank you

Truly, avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Am very ill. Called to check on prescriptions sent by my doctor. Person who answered phone spoke to me as if I'd committed a crime. Cut me off in mid sentence several times. They advertise that they will deliver. Nurse Wretched says no. In her Lily Tomlin impression of a pinched faced telephone operator, she impatiently says they can either send it thorough the mail or it has to be ordered through SHIP. Whatever that is. Avoid this place if you value your health.

I had to stop at a CVS Pharmacy the other night - it was late in the evening probably close to 11 pm. I went into the store looking for cough medicine and cough drops and I was told I would find everything in Isle 11.I did get a great deal on what I purchased- a combo of daytime and nighttime Mucinex and 2 bags of honey lemon Halls menthol cough suppressant/ oral anesthetic. It turned out the cough medicine duo was discounted by $7.50 and the Halls cough drops were buy one get one half price so another $1.50 savings so my bill was so reasonable and I appreciated the surprise that everything I bought was on sale.I was walking around the CVS Pharmacy store in Juno Florida and it was so clean and neat and well stocked with many things that a person would need if one was going to the beach or getting back from the beach. The store was a beautiful store and I was so happy that the amount that I had to pay was so reasonable and I am a Canadian Snowbird so I haven’t been to Florida for a few years so to get a great deal and find a beautifully kept pharmacy that was totally stocked was so great! This CVS Pharmacy had anything anyone would need- it was a great surprise and so a lot more than a pharmacy.Thank you CVS - it turned out I was already a CVS member and I think that is why I got such a great deal!Thank you CVS!

Yesterday I had a bad experience with a cashier her name is lancia she was very rude to me. I explained to her she did not print out the Xtra bucks after my purchase. I also call customer service, to see if I was wrong and they said she was supposed to give me the Xtra bucks.I went back to the store and spoke to the manager he was also very rude to me. Lacks customer service skills. This store d oes not treat their customers well.

Pharmacy seemed to be overwhelmed. After seeing many disgruntled customers I tried to ask my questions extra gingerly. I was dismissed immediately by Aileen who was absolutely clueless about the situation. She was the person in charge I’m assuming and our talk ended with “I don’t know” while sucking her teeth. Very unprofessional and rude all because she did not understand my question or her job apparently.

I’d give it a 5 star yet Andrea, the cashier, at the pharmacy is NOT focused on customer service! Every time I’m there I don’t receive a friendly greeting nor a smile. She cuts me off when I’ve tried to be social with her. She may be different with her long time customers. She’s cold and robotic. Get in, get out, don’t ask for anything beyond getting your prescription. She makes coming to my local pharmacy an unpleasant experience. Truthfully, if there was another drugstore by my house I’d probably go there. Disappointing.I just lowered my rating to 1 star. The people at the pharmacy have no idea what customer service is about. They hide behind the counter talking to one another instead informing me of a change per my insurance. How about a little personal touch?! This place may be a convenient location however it’s time to find a new pharmacy.

Terrible front cashiers. Every time I ask a question I get a rude answer or no help at all. I asked to please check if they have an item in the store and was told no. then I search and find the item. terrible

I used the restroom in this CVS. The soap was out. Upon exiting the restroom, I told the first staff member I saw which was the person at the front of the pharmacy. I was not rude or angry just informative that there isn’t any hand soap left. She told me that I could tell the front desk. I don’t think it should be the customer’s responsibility to go tell other people that there is a soap issue. As I started looking at the aisles for my Zertec, I could hear her complaining to someone else in the pharmacy that it’s not her job to take care of the restroom and that she doesn’t get paid enough to do so. I decided to let her know that I could hear her complaints and that I was sorry for offending her by letting her know the restroom needed attention.I then told the front clerk when I checked out. She apologized for the soap issue, but didn’t seem concerned that the staff member was rude. IIt shows very poor customer service to make someone feel guilty for trying to be helpful
