About Seminole Golf Club
Seminole Golf Club is a highly regarded private golf course located in Juno Beach, Florida. Designed by legendary golf course architect Donald Ross in the 1920s, it is considered one of America's finest and most historic golf courses. The course is known for its challenging design, featuring severe greens, strategic bunkering, and carefully contoured fairways that require precision and skill. The layout offers a mix of beautiful scenery, with views of the Atlantic Ocean from several holes and elevated areas that showcase natural beauty, along with some more mundane views. The Atlantic breeze adds an unpredictable element to the game, turning good scores into challenging ones and emphasizing accuracy and strategy. The course's second shots are particularly notable, with sloped greens and traps that demand careful shot placement. Despite its reputation as a difficult course, some players find it to be a great test of golf, especially the second shot, which is often considered the greatest in the world. The greens are fast, smooth, and well-maintained, and the bunkers are artfully placed as part of the course’s strategic design. Beyond the course itself, the club exudes a rich history and a strong ethos of preserving the purity of golf. The staff and caddies are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, providing excellent service and support. The club's atmosphere is one of respect, tradition, and appreciation for the game, offering an experience that many consider a memorable and timeless journey. While amenities focus primarily on golf, the overall experience is one of elegance, challenge, and natural beauty, making Seminole Golf Club a true gem in the golfing world.
Heaven on Earth, is the best way to describe my experience here.

Very well maintained private facility. To play you must be a members guest. Beautiful course and lovely staff. Even the guard house personnel are very nice.

Truly a gem in the golf world. Easy off the tee but the second shots are tough with sloped greens and traps making accuracy and distance control a priority or you could be making double. History of this golf club is amazing. If you're lucky enough to be able to play, it's a must go!
