This was a wonderful branch now no one cares bout customer service. I have made a simple request in March and have been following up ever since. Supposedly getting a call back in 10 minutes from the assistant manager, don't hold you'll breath. Going back in person. Thinking of changing banks. There has to be something better for my money.

I would have given no stars if possible. Waited 30 minutes to receive a new debit card and add a family member to an account only to have a bank employee take two separate customers who came in after us. One could not miss that we were waiting. Plus, there was another customer waiting in front of us. Complete waste of time and left.

First and last time with this Bank. Made a $3000 cash payment towards my car loan. Screwed it up from the start and transferred it to a bank account that was not mine. Basically “lost” my $3000 for about a week. Had to call TD Finance to fix it. Took 2 days for them to transfer it to my account whereas this bank never called me or even attempted to try to contact me. Unacceptable and disappointing. Staff was rude, Brandon was the only acceptation as he tried to help.

have lived in Juno Beach for 24 years and have had 2business accounts and 3 personal accounts with TD for over 20 years and I should say I have never had a banking problem. I went to the Juno Isle branch yesterday to make a wire transfer and the lady name is Elizabeth took half day did wire for me, but she didn't get confirmation# for me. The receiver called me and needed wire transfer confirmation#, so I went to the branch again and the bank was not Very busy. The same Lady Elizabeth, was also present. I asked for the wire transfer confirmation code and she said I already gave it to you. She started to raise her voice and said, I don't have time now, I have to go. So I asked if you have a manager here and Liz said she was the manager and she was rude and so unprofessional and she kept saying I already gave you the receipt. The other woman's name was Anne Guzman and I asked her if she could check what my wire confirmation code was and she started talking like Liz and raising her voice too. I thought I had seen this happen on TV or social media but this was not my experience, I pulled out my phone trying to record it and Annie Guzman came up to me and tried to grabbing my phone and so did Liz Came and they said they were going to call the police and I saw my neighbor coming towards me and trying to talk to me and Liz stopped her from talking tome. I was shocked, they treated me like a criminal. I'll file a complaint and close all my accounts.

As a national bank TD is definitely not convenient. Definitely not a business bank. We have five accounts. The staff at branches are not bankers they are waiters that's it. Knowledge and training are very deficient. The app is very buggy. Lastly communication stinks. They called us to sell credit lines and lending. We asked for a line ,applied and didn't hear back. We are very solid financially and credit score. 800+. All assets are owned and zero debt. Called several times and finally someone called back and was very dismissive and rude.We withdrew the app. Goodbye TD.

I had reason to go to a branch of TD Waterhouse Bank today in the Northlake Promenade Shoppes to solve a problem with my account that took 5 minutes. The staff kept me and two other people waiting for over an hour. The manager even had 'the nerve' to spend about 20-30 minutes on his computer knowing full well that he could have attended to customers first. Obviously, at this branch they don't respect a customer's time. No one seemed to be in a rush to work with waiting clients. I'll never use that branch again.

Worst bank ever. They hold my business check deposits for 6 business days. Shutting me down upsetting my workers because their pay is delayed. I wouldn't wish this bank's shenanigans on my worst enemy. I'm done with you TD Bank. I warned you the last time. As soon as this check clears American Quality Painting CFL LLC is thanking their business elsewhere. How do you all expect a business to operate with no working capital?

I understand that people are in a rush and sometimes it does take a while. I was in last week and needed a few thousand cash and had an Uber waiting so I had to be rude because they had three tellers waiting on one customer and it didn’t seem to be getting resolved. So so I had to interrupt the branch manager and Lori immediately helped meso they work hard let’s give them a break. , thank you T D. Bank.

This TD bank branch has the worst customer service. I needed to do a $200,000 wire transfer that was time sensitive. I called the bank multiple times every day for 3 days and key getting an answering machine. When you leave a voicemail, no one returns your call. I sent emails to 3 people who work at bank, sent 7 emails over 4 days until I was given an appt. I came in early for my appointment and was berated and yelled at by a Ieva Stalter for coming early, she then accused me “talking too fast”….lol. I had emailed her the details for the wire transfer in advance to make things easier and more efficient for her and when she couldn’t open the emails, she accused me of always causing problems. Leva was shockingly I unprofessional rude and disrespectful - as if she was having a total emotional breakdown.

This place has really gone downhill over last 3 years.I went in over a month ago to begin the loan process for my business. The 2 blonde ladies that I assume are more managerial and focus on accounts and loands, promised to send me over all the information I needed. Never received it. Called 3 days later. Still nothing. Called again to remind them, nothing.This TD Bank, the Northlake location and the one on Indiantown Rd are all worthless.
