I have been going to Bikes Palm Beach for a few years now. Every time I go into the shop I am greeted with a smile by knowledgeable and courteous professionals who really know their stuff! They do great work at a fair price and there are never any surprises. They are my go to shop for all my needs. I highly recommend Bikes Palm Beach!

Met with Nick, and later Phil who were very informative, professional, gracious and friendly...Nick not only knew the right size and aesthetic for a person of my 6 ft 5 frame; but apparently also knew my fashionable taste in bikes lol. The other thing I [we] truly appreciated was their concern and gracious allowance..ensuring safety over [possible] accident and injury, to prevent rushing back to return the bike rentals before the deadline. The most deserved 5 star. Every bike store should be like this “Bikes Palm Beach,” I had a blown from tubeless tire and was on my way to a race. They were very friendly, reasonable, and informative. I am considering driving an hour from home just to get my bike serviced here.

The staff at Bikes Palm Beach are always professional and pleasant. This is one of those places where, if you are a biker know you have a great bike shop in the area. I have had service there a dozen times and I am pleased each time. Five Stars from me.

Awesome bike shop! Welcoming, informative on products, not pushy, great pricing and quality work. I needed a full tune up/cleaning of my bike. Quick turn around of 2 days. First ride with the bike was significantly smoother! Brought my other bike in for the same work, too. Highly recommend!
