Made an appointment the day prior for an mani and pedi. From the time I walked in the door to picking out my polish color to being seated for the pedicure, she finished in 26 minutes! The manicure followed and that was 13 minutes!
There was no effort in any way shape or form put into these two services by the stylist. Now mind you, the place had maybe 3 other customers so it wasn’t as if she was slammed and worked me in… I had an appointment.
I had been to A1Nails previously in years past and stopped going there because of the lack of quality and customer service. Reviews said that they were pretty decent so I thought I would try them again… well, sorry to say it’s the same bad quality and customer service of why I’ve left years ago.
You would think when a company is not that busy on off-season that they would look to build their book of business but I guess customers don’t matter if you can rush a mani/pedi in 39 minutes when you have nothing else to do.

Mom was charged $25 for a nail redo which was due to the their error - she asked for clear polish with white French tips but received heavy pink polish with white tips instead. She didn't want to wait for another hour the same day to get them redone, so when she came back a week later for the redo, half way through the appointment, tech tells her redo would cost $25 - when original color was their error and they invited her to come back and get them redone due to their error. She was regular customer and doesn't want to come back.

I have been getting my nails done at another local place for years. They do great nails but they nickel and dimmed me for every stupid thing. Recently I had enough! I got a french manicure with multi colored tips. The normal price for a french is 60. She charged me 80 ok! I decided to try another salon. I walked into A1 and showed the girl a pinterest picture. I asked if she could do it. She said yes! I got a spa gel pedi and a polka dot french! Besides the fact that my nails came out awesome! The Pedi was amazing! The price was fair and she was fast! I was so happy and wanted to use the same person again I made a future appointment after I paid.

The sweetest people run the business. Miss Kim always does a fantastic and very precise job 10 out of 10 experience would recommend them!

I wanted to share my thoughts on the consistently wonderful experiences I've had at A1. The team is talented, and Kim's attention to detail always impresses me. I especially appreciate that they do the best French manicures and always bring my holiday nail art visions to life.

They put the polish on toes thick and tried to put my flip flops on and ruined big toe polish, proceeded to fix by pouring fingernail polish remover on toes and on flip flop without a thought. And after I asked to paint tip of toes she got an attitude, like I was asking for something out of the ordinary! I would post a picture but for obvious reasons I cannot.

Our go to nail place. Always able to see us when we call for an appointment and nails are always done beautifully. Very friendly atmosphere as well.

This is my fourth and last visit to this salon. I was really hoping this would be my spot as it's very close to my home. Kim has done my nails each time. The first time was fine. The second time she used so much primer that all my fingers were on fire. I came back for a third time because the end results looked good . Third time she did an okay job but she's very rough on my hands. This time she's rude and rough on my hands, careless with the Dremel and the file. I have dried product all over my fingers . I just can't recommend her.

I have been coming here for years & see kim. She does a fantastic job on dip, liquid gel & acrylic nails. Nice location in Bluffs Plaza.

I have given this place many chances and continued to see Tsi, the only person who truly cares about clients and is nice. Everyone else there is very rude. Each time I couldn’t get an appointment with Tsi, they managed to mess something up. Once, they almost cut my fingers instead of my cuticles, leaving me with bleeding wounds so deep that the bleeding wouldn't stop. I didn't say a word, yet they acted as if I had done something wrong.
The last time I went, Tsi was on vacation, and I had no choice but to have my gel nails removed by someone else. Even this simple task was botched, and because I wasn’t getting my nails done but just removing the gel, they were exceptionally rude. Their behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. They do not deserve anyone's business due to their low standards and uncultured attitude. And I am sure that they will loose every single client they have.

I absolutely loved how Jenny did my nails!!! Both pedicure and manicure was done very professionally. She is a true artist when it comes to manicure! She did dip manicure and came out very beautiful! I’d love to THANK Jenny sincerely ???????

I have been coming to A1 Nails for many years. Phil and Kim very professional and always accommodating. They. Do any excellent job. Kim and Jenny also do great eyebrows if waxing is needed.

Clean and large selection of polish. We love Jenny! We travel from PBG to Juno Beach just to have her!
