The best experience I had taking my R8 for service. Customer service was top notch greeted by Les and Ethan. By far more superior than the dealerships I’ve been to (Mercedes,BMW,Porsche) - saved me a considerable amount of money doing all the legwork with parts, warranty, etc. Ethan knows his foreign/supercars inside/out and takes pride in what he does. Took excellent care of my car protecting it fully and made sure to deliver it spotless. Diagnostic tools, equipment, alignment machine all to specs - Hands down without a doubt Abaco is the best !!

Took my Mercedes 2008 SLK 55 AMG with only 75900 miles to this shop for replacement of gear shift assembly and replace main valve gasket and replace all 16 spark plugs. After I got home I noticed some leakage of what appeared to be coolant from my car. Have never had leakage before. The owner Les was very rude and abrasive to me hen I told him. So took the car to Mercedes Benz, they have told me so far that this company did NOT clean the dirt and grease from where he replaced the gasket. I will know what they probably damaged that is leaking in a few days after Mercedes looks the care over. I would NEVER recommend this repair shop to anyone with an expensive car and they lied and told me how they cleaned the grease and dirt from my engine which they did NOT. Depending on Mercedes finds, I may file a lawsuit against these guys for damaging my coolant system, lying to me about cleaning the engine, and being extremely rude to me and insisting the coolant reservior tank was leaking and refusing to repair the damage they caused. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I just can’t speak highly enough of Abaco Automotive. They are responsive, so customer focused, the politest mechanics ever.
They go out of their way to accommodate you in anyway possible. True Genlemen.
On top of that very reasonably price and never try to up-charge you for anything unnecessary. In fact they go out of their way to make sure they find more economical alternatives and will never do work that involves more costs until they have really checked for alternatives. And even when they make a suggestion or recommendation, they are very transparent and put no pressure on you and do not do the classic salesman talk to convince you.
Also If you have questions and are interested in learning more about your car and repairs, they are patient and will always be willing to explain and teach. Even if it means you learn to fix things yourself later!
I was recommended to use them by Velocity Restorations who are the premier builders of Vintage Broncos in the US. They built my 1976 Bronco.
Velocity are very careful who they recommend to help service your vintage Bronco and do any repairs, given how special their Rebuilt vintage Broncos are, and how expensive they are. And they have a very demanding client base given the price point.
So its hugely important for Velocity that their buyers use the best for servicing and repairs to maintain the quality and reliability of the vintage Broncos they make.

This shop is great! Great location, nice, clean facility and great people! Accomodated my needs and performed an alignment on a car with lots of afternarket parts! Was patiently able to get it where I wanted it to be and now drives straight and stable as it should! I highly recommend this shop and would definitely go back again.
