I’m upset because ABC Liquors has increased their Tequila prices 25% even though our uncalled for TARIFFS have not been implemented at this time. Bye! 👋 adios, vaya con Dios… I’ll shop elsewhere.

So, a lot to unpack here. On August 16th, my wife and I went to abc to buy NON-ALCOHOLIC MIXERS! The shift manager asked for our id’s totally standard and I understand. My wife proceeded to tell her that these were not in fact alcohol beverages. For reference what was purchased was club soda, pineapple juice, and passion fruit syrup. The lady said she needed to see ID and proceeded to kick my wife out of the store and myself until I grabbed my id. I understand store policy, I really do- however, the rudeness from the shift manager was appalling and we will not be back. I grabbed my ID and purchased the items and she was rude to me at this point by scanning the items and quite literally spiking them into the bag. It is an absolute shame, not because of the id aspect but the behavior of the shift leader. Why there isn’t a sign saying no one can BE IN THE STORE under the age of 21 is beyond me, or someone checking id’s making it known is beyond me as well. I will not be back. ONCE AGAIN: IT DOESN'T HAVE TO DO WITH THE REQUEST OF ID AS IT DOES THE ATTITUDE OF THE SHIFT LEADER TOWARD MY WIFE AND MYSELF

Went in to purchase a few non-alcoholic items and was rudely kicked out for not having an id (I am OVER the age of 21) by the black female shift leader working on the evening of Friday 8/16/24. I was completely flabbergasted and embarrassed to have been treated the way I was. My husband was able to show ID to make the purchase, but she told me to get out. If it is your store policy, why not have someone from your staff checking ids at the door?? Also, she could have kindly explained the rules and apologized for any confusion, but she was so rude it was absolutely unbelievable. I’m not sure if she is just having a bad day, but as someone who has worked in a customer service environment for many years, there is absolutely no excuse for that attitude and behavior. I am completely disgusted and horrified that someone has the audacity to speak to someone the way she did to me. Maybe ABC needs to invest in some customer service training for their employees, or they will start to lose customers.

Stepping into abc is like entering a treasure trove for adults. Their selection is so vast that I almost felt like I needed a map to navigate through the aisles. I half expected to find a 'You Are Here' sign next to the whiskey section. But hey, who needs a gym when you can work those biceps lifting bottles, am I right? It's the only store where I can simultaneously ponder life's existential questions while debating between a Merlot and a Malbec. Cheers to ABC for keeping our glasses—and our spirits—full!

Poor customer service at counter. Not even a thank you from team leader, spent almost $300. Prices are fair.
