We have worked with Atlantic Smart Technologies for many years and are very happy with the security system they provide to our home. The staff and technicians are always professional and friendly. We have worked mainly with Kim from the office who responds immediately with any questions and arrangement of what is needed. She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We always feel secure and safe in our home with the installation and monitoring from Atlantic Smart Technologies.October 2023- Atlantic smart Technologies has also just installed cameras for us. We worked with Kim who provided us with excellent service and advice throughout the process. She is always professional, prompt, extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help her clients.Brian who did installation of the security system always provides a very professional and excellent installation. We highly recommend Atlantic Smart Technologies.

I needed to update my old alarm system. The previous company that was serving it was less than helpful. I met AST as they are the ones who handle my work alarm.. I reached out to Kim for help with my personal alarm she took the time to explain what was going on with my old alarm and all my options. Kim made it so easy to switch. Wish every company had the customers service AST has. Brian showed up to install the new alarm. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I are very happy with the new alarm.

UPDATE - Received a call on this issue from ownership. They clearly take this issue seriously and have offered to rectify the matter. Very impressed with their taking immediate ownership, apologizing and offering to fix.Just had the worst service experience of my life. Purchased a home where the home automation was installed by Atlantic Smart. Clearly they are only interested in multi million dollar new installs "quote from Robert Sherman". He attended my house after a month and a half of waiting and clearly irritate that I attempted to solve any of my own problems. Was abrupt and abusive and stormed of my house when I confronted him on his behavior. Told me to find another dealer. Completely dumbfounded on how any major brand Savant and Lutron would all this person to represent them in this way. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Kim was really helpful when I was having an issue with my alarm system after hours. Although Kim told me that my system is one that Atlantic Smart no longer services, but she was able to send me a link to a manual for my system and was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. Incredible customer service! I would recommend this company for your home security needs. Thank you!

Atlantic Smart Technologies performs exactly as they should. I recently set my alarm off by mistake, the phone rang in less than 30 seconds, I gave the dispatcher my password and all was well. As the HOA President I also get a call from the dispatcher if one of my homeowners alarm goes off, advising me of the situation, very helpful information.

Great Service! Had a low battery signal on the panel, called the office and fortunately a technician was in the area and had a new battery on his truck. With in less than an hour the problem was resolved. Wish things always went this smoothly.

We have used this company for a few years and have found them reliable and quick to. schedule house calls when needed. Also, when the alarm goes off ( thank goodness through family error ) we receive a quick phone call from Atlantic checking on the situation. I recommend this company for your security needs.

Our existing system was knocked out by a lightning strike. Atlantic Smart analyzed the problem, worked with the insurance company to validate our claim, provided new equipment that served as a substantial upgrade, and installed everything on schedule as promised. It doesn't get better than this!
