I just had the most amazing experience at this store! Luis and Dural were so patient and helpful. They were able to help us get our service and new phones without any hassle. I would highly recommend visiting this store if you need AT&T services or upgrades.

horrible experience they lied when I went to purchase a new iPhone they said 1000 on sale and then the bill was 1200 put my email in wrong wrote my name wrong and kicked me to the curb. Went to call him back went to voicemail. They knew my number unprofessional bunch of punks don’t ever go near that place no stars -5 stars

It's hard to rate the store and not the service they provide, but the store is very clean and modern, and the staff was super professional and knowledgeable. I switched from another provider and was impressed with the staff treating it as a business and not a high schoolers free phone hook up!

My phone was useless and I just arrived in town on vacation. No internet and I couldn't make phone calls or send texts to meet up with the friends I'm staying with. Stopped by this At&t store and Durrell immediately took action. Within minutes I was up and running again! This is honestly one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had.

Horrible experience!!!! ! was there for over a hour trying to fix my extremely high ATT bill after upgrading two phones which the person at the AT&T store in the TJ Maxx plaza completely messed up. My phone bill was $750!!! Ruben, the manager finally figured it out ( within 5 minutes) .. however, kept receiving high phone bills, and the sales reps there do not know what they are doing & when they make mistakes they are not willmg to help you…. and Ruben the store manager does not return your phone calls to try to resolve it... I have left multiple messages for him to call me. The AT&T customer service at this store is worse than the one at TJ Maxx. Plaza .. AT&T customer service on the phone is horrible but however when you go to the AT&T store it’s even worse. Nobody knows what they’re doing !!!! Definitely time to change phone carriers..
