The device needed an additional adapter in order for it to work.... something I was unwilling to purchase given I had already spent more than $200 on the unit. After a few calls, finally reached a customer representative on how to make the return. He provided me information on what I needed to do to receive a full refund. It may have taken awhile but they did deliver on their promise and I received a full refund. Too bad the unit was not fully set up to play for my specific vehicle. If it had been, I would have kept the unit.”
