But that's what happened this morning when I went to Caliber Collision to discuss an estimate for repair. First, Camila jumped in to help me when other estimators were busy -- and she did it with a big smile and the intention of making my time efficient. Second, she didn't just discuss the estimate (although she was knowlegeable and full of detail there) -- she actually listened to what mattered to ME, and lead the conversation around my values, desires, and queries. Which means that instead of pushing me to repair things that didn't matter or were purely cosmetic, she told me the truth about what was essential and what wasn't from a safety and function POV. Third, she brought Larry, a technician, into the conversation. He jumped in with the same integrity, got under the car, gave me a detailed education on parts and function and helped me better understand my car and its damage so I could make an informed decision about what to do. And the whole time (during which they both were casual, non-rushed, and willing to answer every follow up question with patience), both Camila and Larry stayed focused on what was best for me, the customer. This is what builds loyalty. I wasn't even a customer yet and already felt like I'd made two real connections with people who truly cared about my experience. That's the kind of culture that makes you trust you're in the right place, handing your car over to the right kind of team.”

“Was in a dire situation. Engine Shield was hanging from the undercarriage on my 2018 Lincoln MKC and I am driving back to New Jersey tomorrow. Was referred to Irishman Auto as Complete Care of Jupiter was overwhelmed with work orders. Individual ( sorry I didn’t get his name ) asked if he could help me and once he looked at shield crawled under the vehicle and re attached the shield . Replaced some screws that had evidently fallen out .
This gentleman gave me and my wife such peace of mind as we really felt unsafe driving with the engine shield hanging . I am so grateful to this gentleman .”

“Needed a CD player for my new Corolla Cross Hybrid. Found one on your website and ordered it. The device needed an additional adapter in order for it to work.... something I was unwilling to purchase given I had already spent more than $200 on the unit. After a few calls, finally reached a customer representative on how to make the return. He provided me information on what I needed to do to receive a full refund. It may have taken awhile but they did deliver on their promise and I received a full refund. Too bad the unit was not fully set up to play for my specific vehicle. If it had been, I would have kept the unit.”
