“Buying a new car is, for me, an experience often fraught with angst -- and often dread. But my experience with MB North Palm Beach ended up being a overall excellent experience.I walked in with a more complex deal and trade-in(s,) but a seemless interaction with my GREAT no-pressure, no-hassle salesperson Jim Murphy, and just as fine interaction with the very experienced Michael the Sales Manager, left me feeling more than satisfied. Paperwork and Delivery were completed in less than 24 hours, and as the new buyer of a EQS 580 I was provided at delivery with a very skilled and knowledgeable 'concierge' who took substantial quality time to take me through all aspects of operations of this particular vehicle. One small glitch of a missing item at delivery was addressed promptly, with Jim my salesman even delivering same to my home! When I thought (as we probably all tend to do) that my trade-ins were being somewhat undervalued on the deal, they even directed me to two other vendors where I was offered virtually the same value, negating the need of me needing to do extra work. That's honesty and integrity for sure -- and not all that common!Overall, and importantly, I found that the smaller family-nature of MB North Palm Beach was so refreshing as an alternative to mega-dealerships. Not that MB North Palm Beach lacked in inventory or anything else....rather, the place just had and seems to maintain a really good vibe.I received a good and fair deal, with immediate attention at all times, no delays, all my questions answered, and the timely addressing of the sole missing item. I was never beaten over the head, nor pressured in any way. And of real note, I didn't need to sit and wait for those often long 'secret discussions' in a back room somewhere between the Manager and Salesperson -- instead Michael the Manager came to me, took a seat, and worked through the deal with in-person direct negotiation and transparency. Hadn't had that professional full-through human contact at a dealership IN YEARS, and I REALLY liked that for sure! “I had a scheduled appointment made with a female operator for a service say with a loaner car. I came in today, February 2 to get the service on time and they did not schedule me as they were supposed to with a loaner very bad service. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a responsive team that you can depend upon. After all was said and done and a wonderful driver named javon dr be me home and picked me up the service manager Ashley was great too- whoever washed and detailed the car did a fabulous job. Had it not been for the woman who did not put me down for a loaner they would have gotten 5 stars! So I upped my review to 4 and now I will Only make appointments through a service manager .”
