“It was my first time using MotorHaus for service. Originally I was scheduled to only do an oil change on my Audi A5 Sportback, but I had the unfortunate luck of needing to replace tires that had nails and slow leaks. The customer service and updates along the entire service / tire replacement were second to none. The prices I was quoted for everything that I had done were a fraction of what it would've costed at the dealership. The cherry on top was that they even washed and cleaned both the exterior and interior of my vehicle without even me requesting it. It's safe to say that if I need any service done in the future, I'll be coming back to Diego and the MotorHaus team.”

“I’m extremely particular with all things automotive. Some would even say obsessive. This is without question the best shop I’ve ever used. I’ve been customizing cars, trucks, and even boats for 25 years. I’ve never seen such high quality work and attention to detail as I have with this shop. I will never use another shop for any paint, body, OEM or custom work- just Auto Krafters from now on. Another point that sets them apart is that they communicate with their customers every step of the way. When you need and expect the highest quality work, they even exceed that. My project was a particularly challenging and heavy custom bumper. The paint color was a precision match, and the finish was concours-level show quality. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. “I visited twice as I've had a/c problems with different cars. Each and every time, Alonso's techs did not disappoint. They are fast, accurate and their labor prices are very reasonable on this economy. They are also friendly and well-rounded on their work. Junior, Jenson and the lady at the front desk are great people. (These are the people I had contact with), but I think there is no difference with the rest of the employees. They work on commercial trucks as well (seems like lots of them visit this shop). So, on my way to the shop to pick up my car, my gf car blower started to make a weird noise. I mention this to the tech, right away he checked it, finding the cause. Thumbs up! Recommended!”

“As a professional writer and author, I'm not usually so surprised I'm speechless or at a loss for words. But that's what happened this morning when I went to Caliber Collision to discuss an estimate for repair. First, Camila jumped in to help me when other estimators were busy -- and she did it with a big smile and the intention of making my time efficient. Second, she didn't just discuss the estimate (although she was knowlegeable and full of detail there) -- she actually listened to what mattered to ME, and lead the conversation around my values, desires, and queries. Which means that instead of pushing me to repair things that didn't matter or were purely cosmetic, she told me the truth about what was essential and what wasn't from a safety and function POV. Third, she brought Larry, a technician, into the conversation. He jumped in with the same integrity, got under the car, gave me a detailed education on parts and function and helped me better understand my car and its damage so I could make an informed decision about what to do. And the whole time (during which they both were casual, non-rushed, and willing to answer every follow up question with patience), both Camila and Larry stayed focused on what was best for me, the customer. This is what builds loyalty. I wasn't even a customer yet and already felt like I'd made two real connections with people who truly cared about my experience. That's the kind of culture that makes you trust you're in the right place, handing your car over to the right kind of team.”
