Nice experience every time I shop at this location. Particularly the store manager is very patient and helpful. He always gives me nice advice on the items that I need to purchase for our vehicles.

Went to the Jupiter AutoZone with a complicated issue trying to remove a side mirror from my Tahoe because it needs to to be removed to fit on auto train. After extensive customer service help from Ray T we were able to identify the tools needed to perform task rather than paying Amtrak contractor to perform service. Tool costs are a fraction of the cost Amtrak option. Shout out to Ray for saving us a lot of money and his professional customer service extended

A couple minutes late and too bad for you if you really need a headlight bulb for safety, 4 minutes over....no one helps anymore...never coming here again!

Went to get my car battery changed and Joey did it. He was very nice and changed my battery fast with a smile on his face. He also helped me switch an important fluid which could have caused my damage if it was up to me to figure out!

I went here on Wednesday evening to buy one item which I desperately needed and I was relieved when the hours said it was still open. I made it to the front door at exactly 8:53pm, they close at 9pm. Unfortunately the doors were already locked and the two teenage looking employees, a tallish skinny white kid and a smaller girl with long black hair were playing on their phones at the counter all hunched over. I waved and bagged to get 1 thing, then pointed to the hours sign after he refused to let me in. The girl ignored me as she continued to waste her brain away on TikTok and the guy shook his head no and was annoyed I was there and waved me off. Then he was back to leading over counter to his TikTok. So sad. No work ethic, incompetence, unprofessional, and closing 7 mins early when I got there is laughable. Most likely they lock doors even earlier. When a big place like Autozone says open til 9, they should honor it. Will never go to this location again. Manager should fire them for always closing early and playing on their phones like zombies instead of doing their jobs. I would have been two mins in and out at most.

BE ADVISED: when you order from the Autozone website, even though you accessed the order process via the local store's (supposed) website with their address displayed as "your store"......YOU ARE NOT DEALING WITH THAT LOCAL STORE. Online orders go through a "3rd party". Once you create an order....you apparently can't stop it or modify it....all you can do is return it! Ordered a battery. An hour later (since I had less trouble than expected removing the old one (to get the $22+ core charge back)...I called the local store who's "website" I entered the black hole from. They had not been sent any confirmation, and I was unknown to them. This too long a story, made shorter: 5 calls, including Regional Autozone manager, and no real assistance. Should have just called the local store from the get go, and asked if they had my model battery. The website "convenience" is anything but. A problem? Customer Service just repeats the script. No help at all. Regional Manager; no real help at all. With any assistance, from Autozone I'd have my wife's new battery all ready installed. Did not save a trip to the store....I have to go there anyway to drop off the core and get the refund. Fool me once..........

Ray ( store 4991 ) was a breath of fresh air! Oil light came on! He was kind, courteous, and so knowledgeable! He showed me how to check oil level and top it off! He so decreased my stress level- and made me feel @ ease! Couldn't have had a better experience! You have a wonderful employer/ manager! I will be a return customer as needed in the future for sure ( he gets the purple heart ) ? !
