I had the pleasure of working with Channiel at Bank of America, and she exceeded all my expectations. Our experience at Bank of America was frustrating. Accompanied by an 85-year-old friend, we arrived for a straightforward wire transfer at noon. Despite waiting in line, we were asked to sign in and sit in the waiting area. Then, a bank employee informed us that he had a 12:30 appointment and couldn’t assist us until after that time—this was at 12:10.
This place has no customer service and no regards for the elderly!!!

Nightmare trying to open a first account for my teen. They told us to do it online when we walked into the branch. Sent us a card that didn't work and denied access to account which they closed, so they told us we had to go into the branch and sign up. Took 10 days for the money to clear account, and they said they sent us a check back after closing 12 days ago, but we still have not received it. So far it has been 22 days with no access to hundreds that were deposited.

The people who work inside are very helpful, but their drive up ATM is broken quite often. I am now going to a BOA further away from my house that’s down Indiantown Rd

Stacy helped me. What a pleasant experience. My branch closed after covid. It's people like Stacy that make it seem a little better, even if it is inconvenient to drive to a different branch.

I called in the morning to ask what the minimum amount of cash I needed to bring with me to open a checking and savings account. I navigated the voice menu and waited quite a while for someone to answer the phone at this branch (Pat? Pam?). Instead of answering my question, I was told I would need to speak with "Nick," who would answer my question and schedule an appointment. After 2 minutes, Nick still hadn't answered the phone. You know what, nevermind. I'll go to another bank.

This is the second B of A I have been to today that was unable to help me withdraw my funds. I am here at 1:11 PM on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 and the bank is closed! I am so glad I am closing this account. This bank is atrocious.

Went in to get some info was told I would need to sit down with someone as the person I needed to speak with was busy with another customer, but I would be next in line. After a half hour was told not worry as the person that was in front me was almost done. As soon as he was done he pointed to another customer that had just walked in and grabbed him first. Couldn't wait any longer and had to leave.
