  I was on the phone with my mother who just lost her cat, I was shopping for a sentimental gift that I could send her to cheer her up. I was the only customer in the store when the owner approached me and asked me to “take my conversation outside”. I wasn’t in the store more then 3min. I was in shock! Her insensitiveness... the audacity... if I was that much of a nuisance, if she was listening in on my conversation, she would’ve gathered I was speaking to someone on the phone about this traumatic loss in someone’s life. I walked out in disbelief. I am a soft spoke person, so this “request” was completely uncalled for and RUDE. I would never step foot in there nor recommend it to anyone. Shame on you, the owner of Belle Maison.To reply to your 2/2021. I would never go back or recommend your store to anyone. Your response is not accurate or justifiable to your rude actions towards customers coming in. Although having a quiet conversation on my phone, I was very aware of my surroundings and outside of you speaking with 1 of your employees... I WAS THE ONLY OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. Your behavior is inexcusable. I spent my money buying a gift for my mother elsewhere.

  Marianna, the owner, is very helpful and friendly. Beautiful selection of unique gifts, darling baby clothes and boutique clothing! I’ve shopped here for years & there is always new items to choose from, ones you don’t find in any other local stores. We are lucky to have a store like this In our town. Happy

  Terrible experience here. Do not waste your time or money. The owner hovers over you the entire time as if she expects you to steal or break something. The place sells children’s clothes - so naturally we brought my nieces. She snapped at us multiple times for the kids walking around, who were causing no trouble. Not a business I recommend supporting.

  really cute store with friendly staff, I was kindly greeted and even though I was in a hurry she was able to help me find great gifts for everyonedefinitely recommend and will stop by soon again for any holiday gift shopping I need done
