“First time in the shop and was really glad I stopped in! I called Rudy looking for a new tube for my Scott road bike and he said he had plenty! But to be sure bring a picture of the tire etc.....I told him I would bring the tire!
I walked the bike over and he professionally explained what fits and what the pressure should be for this type of tube/tire/bike.
I asked if he had time to replace the tube for me and he would be glad to do so. We ended up talking quite a bit about biking and training and local areas to ride and it was really nice to just talk to a professional bike guy who has racing experience here in the US as well as in Europe. Rudy is the 'go to' guy who has a terrific shop and is super personable to genuine.
Luckily for us, we now know of a bike shop where the owner is knowledgable and who has all the needs for biking folks....... amateurs like us and hard core bike riders as well! Thank you Rudy!”
