I love this bike shop! The man who works here is cool. I've been here twice for bike repairs and was always satisfied. Both times they were able to work on my bike right away (I stopped by on the weekend). They were especially my saviors when I totaled my rear wheel and they replaced it with a much needed higher quality wheel which allowed me to bike faster and further than before. Besides my initial concerns, they also went above and beyond by checking the other components on the bike, doing a tune-up for the brakes and greasing the bike chain. Will be my go-to bike shop :)

Went in with my mom looking for a Giant Escape 3 bike on Wednesday, Thomas, the sales person who was helping us out suggested the Giant Roam 4 in sapphire blue, which would be better for the capabilities I was l looking for in a bike. I instantly loved the bike from the beautiful color to the internal parts and design. Thomas was extremely helpful in explaining everything about the bike. We told him we had to think about things and that we would be back Saturday.We came back Saturday and went to look at the Roam 4 suggested to us the other day. Shortly after, Thomas came out and greeted us in a very friendly tone. We then started talking about the bike once more, and he helped me to see what size bike I would need, and helped adjust the seat so I was comfortable. I got a different seat for the bike, as well as a kickstand and a cup holder for the bike. Thomas also said he would top off the tires as well.I left and came back within seven minutes or so just to see how everything was going. Thomas was still working on the bike, doing an amazing job! When I walking around the store the other man who was working that day complimented me on how cool the blue on the bike was, and then both of them began talking about what a great bike it will be. Which made me feel confident and excited about my purchase. Once Thomas had the bike all fixed up and ready to go, he took it down and we went to pay for it. Afterwards, Thomas explained to us the warranties for some of the parts of the bike (Frame, seat, moving parts, etc). He also informed us that we can come back in three months to get a tune-up, or we could come back in before the three months if I hear something on the bike that worries me. After we paid, he even helped us bring out the bicycle to our car. He gently put the bicycle in, making sure not to lay it on the gears.Thomas then said goodbye to us, and said he hopes I enjoy the bike. Which was super nice of him.Overall, my experience at Bicycle World - Jupiter, FL was fantastic! Thomas was the most helpful person I’ve ever met. I loved the atmosphere when I walked in, the kind employees, and the constant feeling of reassurance up to very last point when we were leaving with the bike. I definitely suggest Bicycle World to anyone who is looking to get an amazing bicycle!

New to area and was looking to buy 2 e-bikes and thought I would buy locally. Stopped in was greeted by a person behind tall desk so I couldn’t see him. I responded questioning where he was - he stood up and rolled his eyes at me. Told him what I was looking for and he simply told me where to look…he never came out from behind his desk. In a time where business owners are struggling to get consumers back stores, I would have thought providing a great customer experience to someone spending $5k would be the top of priority list. I will go elsewhere

Bicycle world has 3 locations. The owner knows a lot about bicycles and is a very nice man. Some of the staff are newbies and don't know everything that they should, but I still respect the fact that the owner gives people jobs with no experience and allows them to learn on the job.

We went to several different bike shops to try out e-bikes . We came back to the Jupiter location- Brandon was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. No pressure sales. They adjusted the bike and put all the accessories on. Very pleased with our experience and would recommend!

This place literally has the worst customer service. There were only 2 people working, the man Barely tried to help me. They look at me like I had no money mind you, I brought in a very expensive bike to get fixed. I got a flat tire felling very frusted cause I still have 20 miles to go.Never coming back. Everyone should be treated equally.

What a great location. I let them know I was on a budget for a bike repair and everything came in well under my request. They called and let me know exactly how much everything would cost and were super friendly and helpful.
