If you want a professional job done on your car after an accident. Look no further than caliber collision. Their staff is very professional. Keep you apprised as to where your car is in the process. Highly do not recommend this place dissatisfied would be an understatement!! I took my vehicle here to get fixed as they are “in network “ with my insurance (State Farm) when I brought my vehicle in I had front end damage as well as steering issues, all of which were explained in my original claim and to the service advisor at Calliber collision when dropped off. When I picked up my car not only was my bumper not in tact on both top corners…… i immediately asked why it wasn’t on correctly and Angel stated it just needed a bumper bracket… umm ok no problem… well until I got in my car and my steering was also not fixed! At all! Angel the service advisor stated that he “forgot to get the alignment done” I told him I thought it was more than that being that my steering was very loose when turned to the right and tight to the left. He insisted it was just an alignment that needed to be done and to go to tire kingdom and they would do it and to bring the car back when I come back down for the alignment and he would fix the bumper. Not only did my insurance pay out 10k for shit work but I also went and wasted 3 hrs waiting for alignment for them to tell me it was more than that and they couldn’t do the alignment and to go back to Calliber because it was something else going on with the steering. At that point I took my car to the dealership because why would I bring it back to Calliber when they didn’t fix it the first time and weren’t able to give me a proper diagnosis?! Well the dealership said it was my steering rack aka rack n pinion and it would be $8600 for repairs. I sent the information to Calliber and to my insurance. Now I’m getting pushed off by the office manager Krystal Payne, who proceeded to laugh about my concerns on the phone and now I’m being told that the damages are not from the accident. If the job was done properly the first time this wouldn’t be an issue and my car would have been fixed along time ago! I hate to be a Karen but 10k paid out for this small amount of work and for it not to be done properly is a joke. The office manager should be ashamed running an office and letting cars leave not fixed especially when they are being overpaid…. Also……. I wonder what the “1 condition meant???!!!!”

If I could break down my rating further, I would give Caliber a 5- star for repair quality but a 1-star for communication. Our repair was done as a self pay to be paid out of pocket by the person who hit my daughter's car. I dropped the car off on a Friday and by the following Friday, I had not received any communication from them other than an email that verified my name (only my name, no other contact information). I called to find out when we could expect the repair estimate and was told by the receptionist that our car was already being worked on and would be ready by the middle of the following week. She discovered that my phone number had been entered incorrectly so I was not receiving text updates. She sent me a copy of my current invoice and I received text updates on the invoice status on Monday and Wednesday as promised. Somewhere between the Wednesday text update and pick up on Friday morning, an additional $800 in charges was added without any notification from Caliber. Just disappointed by the utter lack of communication.

Amazing! A bag flew under our car on the highway, got stuck on the drive shaft and was making a loud clunking noise. Found Caliber Collision on Google Maps and we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Everyone who works here is super friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!!!

Not as bad as going to a dentist but getting auto body repair work done can be stressful and/or disappointing. At Caliber, not to worry! Front desk staff and the work done to repair our car = A+
