The customer service at this chase was amazing. We walked in on a Saturday morning and needed some documents notarized. Anna was so patient and helpful we truly appreciated it. Someone also came up and gave our kids piggy banks while they were patiently waiting for us.

Great branch of chase bank. Tellers are all friendly, and every time i go it's a smooth transaction. I'd guess, don't walk in at 4:45 on a Friday...you won't get anything done, and this branch is always busy the whold day, on Fridays.i do not use the ATM at this bank, just a side note.

Just tried to deposit money into the atm and the atm had a glitch and dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I’ve never had a problem with this atm, but of course I have a problem with it at 9pm when there’s no one there to help fix the problem.

I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill. Especially one teller who just takes ridiculously long at everything, from deposits to exchanging coins to cashing a check. Once she even told me she couldn't cash a check because both mine and my husband's name was on the check so she needed two signatures. I've never had that before. I just deposited at the ATM and took out the money anyway. So annoying.I don't know if they are understaffed or everyone is only allowed to do one thing, but it always takes too long to get things done at this branch.I am so tired of trying to go in there. If you say I should always go to the ATM, that would be fine, but the one outside breaks down pretty routinely. It runs out of money to give out, or is unable to accept deposits.Also, apparently there's only one person who covers a few different branches who can talk to you about investing your money. It took a few days for him to get back to me and then even longer to make an appointment, which is only for like 2 hours on every third Tuesday of the month on a full moon or something. I exaggerate, but you get the point. I was unable to make an appointment time because my work schedule did not coincide with this guy's schedule. And of course no one else can help. It's just not very well run. I'm really about to change banks or at least open a second bank account somewhere else just so I can cash a check or go to an ATM without problems.

Shockingly BAD SERVICE from the "PRIVATE" BANKERS. Seems like they are willing to actually "work" for no more than 10 minutes per hour. And they always act like they are doing you a big favor to even allow you to disturb their sacred cubicled domain. NEVER AGAIN will we use this branch. The counter people, on the other hand, deserve 4 stars, so we will give 1star as the halfway point between -3 for the desk dolts and four for the terrific tellers.

Perpetually understaffed, even way before Covid. Always takes an hour wait for a banker to make a wire transfer.

Some banks give you lollipops or mints for visiting. Chase Banks has a ton of cash!!! Why can't they give us Mrs Fields cookies Instead of LOLLIPOPS. KIDS do NOT open savings accounts. Give me cookies, thanks.
