“I check online for my purchases. This store is clean and brightly lit. My only complaint is they take hours to prepare an order for same day pickup, while advertising it is ready in an hour. My advice is to wait for the confirmation email before driving to the store.”

“I visited, as a walk-in, Concept Computers and was treated with courtesy and respect. Yogsesh Shah was very patient in listening to me describe the problem I was having with my laptop. We worked together for about 20 minutes but could not solve the issue. I asked Mr. Shah if he could keep my laptop and work on it to resolve the problem. He did and called me about an hour later and said the problem is fixed. I picked up my laptop, we tested it and everything was/is working properly. I did not expect this matter to be resolved so quickly. I fully expected to drop my laptop at his shop and perhaps have a call a day or two later. Mr. Shah made my issue a priority and his service was friendly and prompt.”
