Great service by Team members and the Pharmacists all are very helpful and kind. One exception is the antiquated phone system at the drive through window. Very difficult to hear the person inside. Please upgrade your system.

This was the 2nd cvs today that I drove through looking for a medication prescribed to my daughter. The pharmacist that "helped" me and was so rude. I entered the drive through at 1pm had 2 cars ahead of me and waited my turn. At 115 I was seen and told they do not have the medication I needed. I asked if she could please check to see if any other CVS around might have it. She initially refused and said there was a car behind me and they close at 130 for lunch. As a nurse and fellow medical professional, I feel like it's important to always remember to have compassion for customers/patients. My daughter was sedated for the first time today and needed the antibiotic today. It was a long scary day for us and this pharmacist could care less and didn't want to take 1 minute to call to another CVS location or simply look up what pharmacy might have the medication and provide me another phone number to call. I had 2 other experiences with pharmacists at other cvs locations in the area who were much more professional and helpful and empathetic of the situation.

I went to the pharmacy to get medication and was humiliated by the pharmacist Vanessa. Vanessa was rude and did not assist properly. She was condescending and not helpful. Also, the woman Ashely, was extremely unkind but was nice to other customers. Was this a racial discrimination situation? I'm not sure, but the treatment I received was unacceptable. I've gone to the pharmacy at CVS for 20 years and never experienced treatment like this by a pharmacist. Especially when I need medication and am sick. I plan to call the corporate office because of this issue.

The pharmacy here is kind of hit and miss. At heart they are decent folks and they will work with you. But just slightly discombobulated and not the most best and most terribly efficient operation I have ever seen. "LAST NAME? FIRST NAME? DATE OF BIRTH?" All come well before "hello". The store itself is just fine. Clean and well stocked. Decent opening hours. And they have most of things you would need to run out and grab in an emergency/urgent situation. The new automated check out kiosks are boring and not as pleasant as having the assistance of a store employee. The one elderly checkout lady is always super pleasant and friendly. Waiting for my meds With poor internet service I watch my phone. Brick.

Called to get my prescription for my anxiety medication figured out because if I go without it I will have an anxiety attack. After speaking with Amy in the pharmacy I am very frustrated with the customer service. All she said was that she didn't have it and there was nothing she could do about it. Terrible customer service and terrible attitude on the phone. Will be switching to another drug store ASAP

Great place to shop if you enjoy being followed by the manager and continuously asked if you need help. Although I always say "no" multiple times, the young manager (he has dark hair, bowl cut, and glasses) insists on trying to talk to me. It is borderline harassment and I will no longer shop at this location. Walgreens employees are much less creepy.
