My first time in this location. I needed to return an item to Amazon and stopped at the CVS drop point to return. Wasn't feeling well and realized I needed to provide a box to return my purchase. The store manager Kathy, went out of her way to try to help me. I am beyond grateful for her kindness and will be using this location from now on. Thank you Kathy! I appreciate you!

They need to level the store and replace it with a circus because it's run by a bunch of clowns. I have been living in Florida for 10 years and have been going to a farther CVS to get my Scripps filled because 575 West Indiantown Rd. can never fill a script on time. I am writing this specific post because this is the umpteenth time they have messed with my medication schedule. I take seizure medication's, which is nothing to play with. I am at the point where I'm calling the Better Business Bureau, filing a complaint and calling their corporate offices. Every single one of those people in that pharmacy need to be replaced. I have documentation and pictures of every single account of them messing with my medication schedule.DONT GO HERE!!! Seriously, BAD NEWS! 000000 starsI'm coming for the pharm tech(s) who can't do their job. This is serious stuff! Either do your job properly or get a new job. You have ucked up one too many times clocktower. Find another job!!!

Jayden at the Clocktower CVS location was extremely helpful to me when I really needed it. I called 2 locations (Tequesta and Farms) and spent an hour on the phone looking for a simple antibiotic for an ear infection. I finally reached Jayden who offered to look for it and call to verify it being it stock while he put me on a brief hold. My good experience with Jayden retained me as a CVS customer, before talking to him I was literally wondering which pharmacy to switch to.

This has got to be the worst serviced pharmacy. They are nasty to customers and they close for lunch even though you're waiting in line for 10 minutes. Publix pharmacy is a breath of fresh air compared to cvs much cheaper too!!!

Horrible customer service and they DO NOT care about the customer's needs. Please do yourself a favor and run to Walgreens which knows how to take care of a customer

Although this store/pharmacy could use a remodel, the staff in the pharmacy are excellent! Let's be honest, not many of us could work in a pharmacy like this where multi-tasking and teamwork are a must. These folks make it look easy, and they have gone over and above almost every time I have been in there! Great Job!

Waited in line so pharmacist could finish telling his coworker about his personal experience at another pharmacy. My doctor called several times while I was in line only to be put on hold - again so pharmacist could finish his story. Super frustrating when you need meds for family member who is vomiting at home. When doctor finally got pharmacist on the phone (after several hang ups and being told to use the online system which wasn't working) he asked the doc how he'd like it if he rushed into his office. Really bro?? I get CVS is overwhelmed but this is horrible service. I guess the job market is so hot that companies and their employees are okay with mediocrity.

This cvs drive through is a nightmare. I don't understand how their level of functioning is acceptable. Giving two stars because feeling generous.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The pharmacy has no idea what there stock is . They were telling me they were out of stock on medication for four days and telling me they ordered it for the last four days . When I asked for the store managers name and phone number the pharmacist did not know it. Understand that is here direct supervisor and she didn't not know the store managers name . Then I said I was calling the Florida regional director for CvS . I was placed on hold for 3 minutes . When she came back on the phone the medication medically appeared and said there was a inventory problem . I'd say there's more of a personnel problem . And they need to clean up there act . Time to find another company that wants our business.

Not all CVS pharmacies are the same! I recently needed to transfer a prescription from my usual CVS pharmacy (in Palm Springs) to this Jupiter location. I was pleasantly surprised to reach a nice person on the phone almost immediately. She found my account rapidly and transferred it right away. My prescription was ready within hours. Thank you, pharmacist, for making this process painless and judgement-free. Picking up was simple too! The drive through is well marked with its new requirements (covid-19 testing in one aisle and prescriptions in the other). When I pulled up to the booth, I was immediately asked for my information and received my prescription a few mere minutes later. There are only 2 lanes, but since the signs (about which lane to use) are clearly marked, there wasn't a backup. This CVS is on one of the strangest corners in Jupiter. It sits catty corner to a Walgreens, with a town clock tower between them. It also is smack at the dead end (the far North end) of Military Trail.
