Last time I was here, I tried to pick up a prescription... which I guess my insurance didn't cover. Fortunately, I'd already talked to my doctor about the pricing on the drug, so I knew it shouldn't be expensive. When I saw what CVS was trying to charge me, I switched the prescription over to Walgreens and saved a ton of money.

I have been waiting for several weeks for restocking of CVS Narural Fiber Supplement. Shelf tag is still there but no product and no indication of when it will be back. On a previous visit a clerk indicated that NuSyllium was equivalent but after I bought it I saw it contains sugar. Since I used a 30% off coupon I could return it but lost the ability to reuse the coupon on something else. Unfair!

Worker was going after us thinking we where going to steal when 2 kids walked out with two candy bags and said nothing about it and the alarma when off and they turn it off and said nothing or try going for the kids

Worst pharmacy in Jupiter. They make you wait 45 minutes in the drive through for a script that’s ready. No respect for anyone’s time. I’m a pretty patient person but they are blatantly making people wait because of laziness. Jacara is very rude. CVS do better.

Cvs at Clocktower is the worst! I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, wait in line inside the store. It’s finally my turn. They tell me they’re closed for lunch and they close the gate right in my face. I tell them I’ve been standing here waiting on the line and they just don’t care. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even when I let the manager know, she just didn’t care either.

Elgia has been very helpful! My older parents needed some over the counter meds and she walked us where they should be. A week after we went back, she's been very patient as we had to go to cashier 3 separate times. Thank you!

The pharmacy is extremely disorganized. They are not friendly or helpful. There is no sense of urgency or compassion when interacting with patients. We are stuck using this pharmacy due to our children’s insurance. If you have the flexibility, definitely go with Walgreens or Publix.

Your pharmacy techs/ assistants are so damn unpleasant and rude! Learn some customer service and how to treat people with respect! That is your job! You chose to work there so don’t be rude to the customers you come in contact with! These damn young kids don’t know what customer service is at all! Shame on cvs for hiring them and keeping them employed.
