Find another Pharmacy…..
Overcharging for prescriptions cheaper at other Pharmacies… waited over a month for a prescription that Publix was able to get in a day and was covered by my insurance bur was told by CVS it wasn’t covered by my insurance.
The best is the Pharmacy will close for lunch while you are standing in line to pick up an already filled prescription. Avoid this CVS!

The pharmacist AKA Tom is rude as he**, he's rude to his customers and even worse to his employees. Very degrading to his employees, I don't see how it even stays open. Smh

Horrible customer service! They take zero responsibility for filling a wrong dosage prescription. They say it’s my fault that I should be checking the correct dosage at checkout. If I want the correct dosage then I will have to pay out of pocket.
They constantly fill prescriptions that are old or filling ones that I don’t need yet and are not on automatic refill.
I am done! I will be switching to another pharmacy.

Needed an emergency short turn medication , took the prescription to the pharmacy. all they had to do was call scrips my carrier for an ok , and fill it. Pharmacist had a “ this is a bother to me attitude “ said this could take 24-48 hours for approval, never had such an issue like this before . Waited for a call from CVS , none. Called scripts my carrier they never got a call. When I asked CVS pharmacist what could I take meantime she said aspirin replacing Eliquis. I called Scripts aspirin doesn’t replace Eliguis , he called CVS I waited on the line , he came back to me said it was done , said he’d gotten an attitude as well. Within 15 minutes CVS called prescription ready . Won’t be going to that pharmacy again. Less than a 1/2 mile from me . So sad.

I’m a regular at this store and the staff are always top-notch going far beyond what’s required. Patricia, Stephanie, Jhonny the manager in the front. Vanessa, Richard in pharmacy. Those are just a few of the several names of wonderful folks. CVS neglects this store and hampers the dedicated staff, in my opinion. Any problem I’ve encountered has been due to corporate policy. National new stories confirm that CVS executives have made decisions which negatively impact customer service. Thank you front line employees!!!!!!

I’ve heard every excuse from this pharmacy. “Our national computer system doesn’t talk to our local stores.” “Your insurance won’t cover it for another 2 weeks” (even though I’m out of medicine). If my insurance didn’t continue to try to force me to go here I would have given up long ago. Especially last month when I had to make 3 separate trips just to get a complete Z-pack. As a physician, I’ve gotten used to inefficiency in medicine due to insurance companies dude these days, but I have decided today (after yet another terrible experience) to switch to Publix pharmacy and pay out of pocket for all of my prescriptions in order to avoid ever dealing with this pharmacy again.

I have been going to this cvs for years. Went in a couple days ago to get some bottled water in a 24 pack. We had a question about the water so we asked someone. My husband was with me, and his knee is in really bad shape so he thought maybe he could walk around with me at cvs. We saw Patricia in the middle isle about the water and my husband was in a lot of pain so she said let me help you please. She helped with the 24 packs of water and told my husband he shouldn’t do it since he was in a lot of pain so he stopped and Patricia was nice enough to help me with the water and putting the 24 packs in a wagon. So, we wanted to compliment Patricia for offering to help us with the water and our shopping. So I checked out, went home and realized the cashier didn’t use my 32% off. I called the store the next day and got Patricia again and told her what happened. Of course she was nice enough to say just come on in and we’ll take care of it. So this compliment is for Patricia at your cvs store in Jupiter. She went above and beyond a normal employee at cvs. Thank you Patricia. When you get somebody nice like that it’s hard not to compliment them. You do get help from some people in cvs but she went above and beyond.

CVS staff at this location are always fast, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. High quality staff that makes me want to only come to this store for an easy and friendly experience.

The pharmacist is so rude and condescending! Had a clerk who had no idea give me my prescription, the pharmacist could have cared less that I had questions, and she gave a few snide remarks. I won’t be returning.
