Joe DeSane, I have my proof in writing, so, did not contact waiting interested buyers, he put my 2 bedrooms duplex on the MLS as 1 bedroom units, I was told that was corrected, but it isn't, he did not put a sign that it says was put up, all these things prevent buyers from seeing the home, can't value it at the proper income ratio, and prevents buyers from knowing who to contact about the property. He looks very sweet and professional. A wolf in sheeps clothing. Do not trust him. Also, Nancy Jennings is his broker and she was told 3 weeks ago about the issue with not contacting the buyers and asked to take over the sale of the home. She did nothing and did not investigate. Now I am at closing, with no representation I can trust, don't know if my home's sale price has been kept down for some on the side reasons and I have to pay this company 4000 they do not deserve. Here is there answer, they will waive my 4000, if I do not tell anyone about the issues, so they can keep on treating people like this. I won't be paid off. You will not get to speak to anyone at the state licensing and they do not help with anything, except, hopefully investigating this potentially criminal activity and taking their licenses. You have to go to court to get your money back and if the house sold for 20 to 40 grand less than it should have, then I will have to go to court to try and prove that too. Don't hire them. Keller Williams Sucks!
