I don’t recommend this facility to those that care about the safety of their pet. We recently took our 6lb dog here for boarding for the first time. After participating in the recommended temperament test with a 1/2 day stay, expressing all concerns about his size and needs, we were assured he would be fine and well taken care of. While away, we received a call our dog had been attacked by another and was aggressively bit. While dogsworld refunded us immediately and took him to our vet, the owner has yet to contact us regarding our ask to see footage of the attack and inform us of the type of dog he was in a play group with. We were told he was with dogs his size but after seeing the bite mark/ puncture wounds on his head and neck, this dog seems to be of a larger breed. It has now been 6 days with no contact… I understand accidents can happen but exposing a very small shy toy poodle to a larger aggressive dog is completely unacceptable.

We love DogsWorld! Our 7 month old puppy has been going for a couple of months now and loves it! After being asked not to return to his previous daycare because he was TOO playful, we were discouraged, but DogsWorld has been great. Their staff seems to be trained to be able to correct behavior rather than just removing the dog. We are so grateful to have found a place for our rambunctious puppy Emmitt!

What a special place! I am always a little nervous about bringing my dog someplace new, but this place was made with dogs in mind. The people running this have clearly put a lot of thought into the details.
I am leaving a review because they delivered the one thing that I prioritize with animal-related businesses: excellent customer service. They were exceedingly patient with my never ending questions and concerns from the first phone call. And the photo update I was emailed was the best. I had no doubts that he was in great hands while there. 100% recommend.

The best doggy daycares! All the staff is amazing especially Katie. My dogs come home exhausted, which is great after a long day at work. I also love their package options!

Justin, I am a first time customer and protective dog owner, sharing my experience with your establishment. Like any dog owner I am very concerned about the well being of my pet and the conditions where he is kept. It is only natural for me to react if I am dissatisfied with your service. The messages you claimed were threats is untrue, replay and listen to the words being used. Furthermore the request for the refund was for the additional charges which were not explained when we were told about the package deals. Sad to say that as a business owner your intentions to SLANDER your customers name when they are sharing a negative review is very unprofessional and vindictive.
FYI - my dog has recovered from his kennel cough and doing well.

We purchased a silver package for 4 days at $180. After the 4 days when we picked up the dog they did a bait and switch on us and charged us $350. My dog had a really nasty cough and was the dirtiest I have ever seen him. I am not being vindictive just letting you know what a horrible place it is, don’t believe what they tell you over the phone.

Duke, our 1 yr german shepard, had an amazing time! He made lots of friends and was wiped for the night and next day :) My husband and I are very grateful we found a spot that our baby loves so much!

Our beautiful husky Champagne is almost 4 years old and goes to DW since December 2020.She loves it. Champagne is a very energetic and playful dog. She comes back home just to relax and sleep for the rest of the day.Everyone at DW is amazing. Champagne is always excited when I said let’s go to school and she says hi to everyone when gets to the front office.Thank you so very much DW to help us for all these years to have a happy furry girl.

We love them! We use daycare services frequently so our dog can have play time and release pent up energy. The staff is always professional and kind. Our dog truly looks forward to going each time.
