My son took his bike to Draco’s today to get it fixed. I cannot say enough about how nice they were to my son and I on top of fixing his bike and making some great suggestions. Will definitely be back! Thanks again for helping Jacoby out (he even left the store saying how nice you both were).

What a wonderful shop! I broke a spoke on a Sunday morning in Abacoa and limped over to Draco for a quick fix. They took care of it immediately, did a beautiful job, and charged a very reasonable price. Scott and Louise were delightful. I will happily come back here! Highly recommended.

Excellent service, friendly people. My 40-year-old Schwinn traveler needed shifter and cable adjustments which they made quickly, perfectly and inexpensively. I'm now one of their new regular customers.

Best shop in town. The owners are really nice and they helped me without hesitation even tho it was closing time on a Sunday. Their shop is very complete, not overpriced and the customer service is top notch. I totally recommend them for all your bicycle needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯🙏🏼

Scott & Louise really know their stuff. They’re genuine, down to earth people who go the extra mile to make sure a customer is happy. This is the only bike shop I will take my bike to.

The man that works there is not nice. He has yelled at my kids and told them to get out or he’s calling the cops. My kids have done nothing but buy stuff from his shop. Don’t open a bike shop if you’re going to be the grinch and ban kids.
After my review I spoke to the Bike
Owner and he was extremely rude and told me that they are so busy during the holidays that they aren’t allowing children in the store and they have a “if you touch it, you buy it” policy.
Stay away from this store.
I have almost 100 reviews on Google and this is my first 1star.

BUY YOUR BIKES HERE! JUST NOT REID BIKES I called this business when they were closed and left a VM and within 24 hours Louise texted me and, on my behalf, began a journey down the Reid Bikes’ awful customer service rabbit hole to get a a charger to replace the one I lost. Louise kept me updated even when she couldn’t get in touch with Reid but just to let me know I wasn’t forgotten about (this meant so much to me in a world of terrible CS). I had to reach out to this dealer because I couldn’t get anywhere with the manufacturer themselves. I bought mine out of state and I live an hour away from this shop. I’ve never been there, they shipped the charger to me; but they will 100% bend over backwards for you.
Needless to say, I don’t often have the pleasure of working with a business that’s willing to go so far out of their way for such a small item. 100/10 customer service. Thank you Louise 🫡🫶

100% recommended! We had an amazing experience shopping for an electric bike at Draco. We’ve been looking for one for a while and found the perfect one here. We went for the Himiway D5 ST. Ask for Louise and Scott, they were super patient and highly knowledgeable, and made this whole experience amazing! Thank you!

After getting a flat tire on a Sunday ride, the owner was able to fix my tire while I waited. They were quick, super friendly, and extremely helpful!
