Placed an order, was called and informed it was was going to be a very long time as they don't even have a po for the next order made. I asked why I wasn't informed of this during ordering. Sends me a link with no info and claims I missed it being out of stock and it was my fault. Now I'm waiting on a refund. Maybe stock more then one black jar

Had a situation whereby the wrong caps were shipped with my order. I had an event that I needed the bottles for in 3 days. I contact Nicole from Customer Service, she expedited the correct caps in plenty of time for me to have the bottles I needed for the weekend. I couldn't be happier with her prompt attention to the issue. Great job.

New and VERY satisfied customer in NC!I manage a vape shop in Coastal NC. I found eBottles.com while searching for a specific size bottle that we use in our "House Juice Bar". I called the company and spoke with Cody, one of the Customer Service representatives, and from the beginning I could tell he only had my complete satisfaction in mind. He resolved a small issue very quickly, making my job so much easier. I was truly amazed by his help!Unfortunately we don't see this kind of Customer Service today so it was so refreshing to have had such a positive interaction with Cody and this great company. They have by far earned our business and I would encourage you to give them your business as well! You will not be disappointed!

We have been working with Ebottles for about 4 years now. They are the best. Always there to help and they make sure all products that they put out are of the highest quality. Hands down the easiest company to do business with that I have ever experienced. Aside from all that, they have an owner who cares about everyone he works with. 10/10 highly recommended.
