Ordered an arrangement for my best friend mother’s funeral because I was not able to make it due to the fact that I lost a family member recently and was out of bereavement/PTO. They waited until 8pm to contact me to tell me they were not able to deliver the item. I understand that things happen but someone could have contacted me early that day so that I could have arranged something else.

The only reason I’m even giving it one star is is because I had to give it something. Not only did they not deliver my order. It’s been taking almost a week to be issued a refund. Highly dissatisfied! I’ve used other edibles and they’ve been fantastic. This one I have to say is a complete disaster. Try to avoid it at all costs.

I placed an order, in advance, for an arrangement for my Mom for Mother’s Day. Honestly, I didn’t think that it was going to be delivered because it’s so late at night. The arrangement was delivered at 8:30pm. My Mom loves it and it is really beautiful.
I know they must have hundreds of orders to fulfill today and I appreciate the very hard work that everyone at this establishment put in today.
It means the world that my Mom received her gift.
I recommend edible arrangements in Jupiter and will order again in the future.

This is the absolute worst location. Do not purchase from this location. Betsy has very poor management skills and the workers are very disrespectful. My edible arrangements never arrived at my mother‘s job on her birthday. It was a complete disaster. The front desk lady hung up on me and the manager, Betsy never took care of it. Do not use this location very bad. I also filed a claim with corporate.

My boyfriend ordered a Valentine's Day arrangement and paid the additional fees to ensure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, I never received the delivery. He called the store later that day to inquire, and they assured him it would be delivered the next day between 3-5 PM. However, we were disappointed again when the order still did not arrive. It's frustrating that the store didn't plan accordingly to meet the needs of all their customers on such a special occasion. Despite multiple communication attempts and assurances, the issue was not resolved. This experience negatively impacted our Valentine's Day, and I hope the store can improve their service and logistics to prevent similar situations in the future.
Edit. Just received my delivery 2 days late. The delivery driver (uber eats) was very nice and the product itself was gorgeous. However, this order was place on February 4th for Valentine’s Day. My boyfriend came into town especially for this weekend and the delivery arrived on Sunday at 4:30pm instead of Friday for Valentine’s Day. Would have been nice to be able to enjoy this gorgeous fruit tray together for the weekend. He’s leaving early in the morning.

Terrible business ethic & customer service is piss poor and nasty. Don’t know how to talk to customers there very rude and disrespectful. Ms.Janet the customer service manager is very disrespectful I would not be placing another order from here at all terrible all away around sickening.

I had put in an order for chocolate dipped strawberries the other day. Linda, the manager, did call me and let me know that they didn’t have the proper size strawberries and that they would double up. I was fine with that. My order also ended up being quite a bit late, but I do think they were backed up and struggling that day. While I didn’t have the greatest first impressions, I did find that the customer service was excellent. Linda called me later and had offered to send a box free of charge to rectify the previous issue. I did appreciate that and it seemed like they want customers to be happy with their orders. I would definitely order from this store again.
