I called about a buzzing noise coming from the glove box on my BMW 2011 328i, I had explained I already got screwed over by a different mechanic & paid $900 to repair it a year ago & now that shop is claiming it is a different module this time but I was referred to exclusive motorworks 2 years ago, their prices have gone up since but I really just wanted the job to be done right this time.
The gentleman Matt told me over the phone he was pretty sure he knew which module it is and that they've done this for at least 3 other BMW's before, he quoted me $1100 over the phone & said the diagnostic test would be $230 unless I did the repair with them then they would waive that fee. It took them one hour the next day to call me and tell me it was a CAS module & it was actually $1600. I had to bite the bullet & pay the $230, which they actually charged me $256. I am now looking for a reputable mechanic to replace or repair the CAS module. I have found several shops that quoted much less then $1600... This shop is over priced & dishonest. I was very upset about him quoting me $1110 over the phone and asked him if he could work with me on the diagnostic test since he gave me over the phone which was $500 less on the phone but he would not. He really should not have quoted it over the phone.

Great experience with the Exclusive Motorworks team. They repaired an electrical line and replaced a fluid line on our Volkswagen Tiguan that had been chewed by an animal. Exclusive Motorworks was upfront about the pricing and very responsive. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

I was thrilled to find this repair shop so close to home, and filled with organized, professional staff. I brought them a unique issue with my vintage Mercedes and they had it sorted right away. They have a tech on staff well versed in older Mercedes. While I was there the other tech told me he would be happy to work on my newer Mercedes as well. The car was completed on time, at a fair price and came back clean. I highly recommend them!

Matt was super friendly and helpful and Brit as well. They installed a very confusing ambient light kit for my Mercedes C63s and it turned out amazing; they did a very professional job with it. These guys are definitely pros, and have the customers best interests in mind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you so much guys!
