My poor 70-year-old dad got scammed here lol. Not only did they permanently mess up his vehicle, but they originally quoted him $3,200. Afterwards, my dad noticed rust all over his car and asked how much it would cost to remove it. They told him $1,500 total. When he came back to pick up his car, they said it was actually $1,500 per door and that he owed roughly $9,000. Please just be more upfront with your customers, and you won’t receive bad reviews. Thank you!

Little did I know that Hyundai does not prime their cars before painting them. The factory paint suddenly began peeling in large sections on the hood, roof, and trunk. I took it to Finish Line Auto. I chose them based on price and location. The finish was perfect. Due to budget, I only painted areas where the paint came off. Finish Line Auto created a seamless match to the other areas of the car. It's been almost 9 months - I waited to see how it lasted, and it has lasted beautifully. Still as perfect as the day I picked it up. Thank you to William Alanya and his team. This is the auto refinisher I will use in the future.

Just had front end damaged repaired by these guys, the Mercedes was 27 years old and other places didn't want to deal with it.Finish Line found parts for it and did I outstanding job at a very fair price.

First time going to finish line auto, Kevin delivered awesome costumer service. They did an amazing job replacing/ painting and putting on my new bumper. Picked up the car today. I was working with William who was highly recommended to us. this shop does not back up their work. The owner could care less about you. no customer service skills at all. Empty promises. forced to continue legal action through state of Florida attorney general. Get another opinion.
