As a disabled military veteran managing PTSD, I rely on my emotional support animal for comfort, especially at night. I recently visited my mother at this apartment complex, traveling in my camper van—a vehicle I occasionally use to travel. We believed it would be fine, as other similar vehicles are continuously parked on the property. Especially since I was not camping in the parking lot, but simply using the vehicle as a means to visit my mother.
However, within just a couple of days, my mother received a harsh and immediate notice threatening eviction due to my vehicle and support animal—no warning, no attempt at communication, and no opportunity to explain. To avoid further issues for my mother, I cut my visit short and left the next morning. Despite our quick compliance, she received a lease non-renewal notice less than 24 hours later. Even after the incident was resolved, other camper vehicles continue to park freely without issue.
During this brief visit, staff members were verbally rude to my sister while she was walking the dog and made no attempt to respectfully ask any questions or clarify the situation. Their treatment of us came across as discriminatory, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate.
If you're looking for a place that welcomes family, respects guests, and handles situations with basic human decency, this is not it. No amenity is worth the stress and discomfort we experienced. I strongly caution others—especially veterans, individuals with support animals, or anyone who values a welcoming community—from choosing this complex.

I am not a resident of the Community, but I did spend a weekend there as a guest. Floresta Apartments is a very nice, clean, and quiet place to live; they also have an amazing Fitness Center. Not a single complaint can be made about my stay there.

I’ve lived at Floresta for over a year and absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful, amenities are great and staff is always super sweet and helpful! Maintenance is really quick and does a good job fixing any issues. I’ve lived in several other complexes in the area and Floresta is by far the best one! Worth every penny to live in this community. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment or townhome!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at Floresta Homes, and I am eager to share my positive encounter. A mistake on my part during the application process led me to communicate with Jaelyn, a dedicated staff member at Floresta Homes. Jaelyn promptly escalated my concern to the office manager, Leslie, and that's when my experience took a remarkable turn.
From the moment I connected with Leslie, I felt genuinely taken care of. Leslie's personable approach and willingness to listen allowed me to vent my frustrations, even though we had just met. This level of empathy and understanding is a rare find in customer service, and it made a significant impact on my overall impression of Floresta Homes.
What impressed me the most was Leslie's swift resolution of the issue. She not only addressed the mistake promptly but also ensured I received an immediate response from Jaelyn. This seamless communication between the office team members showcased a well-coordinated
and efficient approach to problem-solving.
The support and assistance I received from Floresta Homes have instilled confidence in my decision to move in. Knowing that I have a dedicated office team that genuinely cares about its tenants is reassuring. Leslie's professionalism, coupled with Jaelyn's quick response, reflects the commitment of Floresta Homes to providing exceptional service to its residents.
In conclusion, my experience with Floresta Homes has been nothing short of excellent. I am grateful for the swift resolution, the empathetic approach, and the overall support from the office team. If this level of customer service is indicative of the standard at Floresta Homes, I am confident that my time as a tenant will be a positive and enjoyable one. Kudos to Jaelyn and Leslie for their outstanding professionalism and commitment to tenant satisfaction.

We loooove Floresta!! We had a great move in experience and the lease/rental process was very easy. Jaelyn was awesome and super helpful through it all. The buildings are super nice and newly renovated. Brand new appliances!!

Expensive. Good for a year. After a year you will probably get annoyed with when and how the complex communicates with you. It’s last minute and they can be moderately invasive with their maintenance and checks. When it’s not that it’s just aggressive. It gets annoying.Even at less than full occupancy they try rent gouging. If you are only planning on staying just a year it is a good spot. They do have a trash problem where it appears that people from all over town dump mountains of trash. They also bill water in a shared way that is rather unfair as applied. When we had a neighbor move out our water bill went down by over $50/month. We can only assume because the neighbor was lying about how many people were living in the property and Floresta allocates water charges based on disclosed occupancy. There were also many nights that other tenants would be outside yelling having what sounded like a domestic dispute. Most of the time was fine though.Not the worst landlord we have ever had. Not the best either. How they chose to treat us was why we decided to move.Update: a four was too generous; downgrading to a three. They create inconvenience and communicate in a condescending manner. Something they do not understand is the tenants are the “customer”. Their “apologies for the inconvenience” is beyond empty and fake.

The complex looks ok from the outside but there are issues, lots of plumbing problems, dog poop everywhere, no parking, and the gym equipment is cheap, etc. Your rent bill is full of unexpected charges and no one can/will explain them all, so will always end up paying more than your rent each month. Management might offer you incentives to move in, but when you go to renew, they will increase the rent as much as they think they can get away with, even if new rents for the same units are going for way less.

Dirty, noisy, and rude employees. Dog poop is everywhere, there is absolutely NO parking, safety lighting is out constantly making it very unsafe if you come home late at night. Rent increases are outrageous. Sticker on car window due to car being improperly parked that can't be removed (work until late at night). Fees for everything.

HELL ON EARTH!! I moved in with my wife and three kids and have never had such a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Everything was fine until a neighbor moved in below us. Within two weeks the neighbor had filled 8 complaints against us saying we are loud which is a complete LIE!! The office staff never asked us about our side of the situation and told us that 1 more complaint and we would be evicted and given 3 days to vacated. So I did what any parent would do which is get out of there before my lying neighbor could file one more complaint and then we would be homeless. My Neighbor is a jupiter cop who dislikes my family for some reason even though I loaned him tools and offered to help carry heavy furniture in if he needed help.This has caused my children massive Trauma to the point they are afraid to even play with each other over fear they are being too loud playing and we will get more complaints.The Floresta office manager is the worst and doesn't care about my family or situation at all... they are keeping my 3000$ deposit plus reporting to credit bureau plus 250$ for not giving them notice plus 150$ for damages but nothing specific was written down about damages.... No family should ever have to go through this. My family was FORCED OUT! And we had no OPTION EXCEPT TO LEAVE! As my neighbor would obviously complain again about us and then my kids would be on the street as it's impossible to find a home in 3 days which is how much time Floresta would give us!It amazes me that all someone has to do is make a bunch of complaints backed with absolutely no PROOF and they can get innocent families kicked out or leave on there own with threat of a last complaint followed by eviction!!I cannot stress enough how RIDICULOUS THIS IS!Worst place and horrendous office staff!I had to choose 1 star in order for review to post but they definitely deserve no star!!I will be reporting to the better b bureau as well as looking into legal options because this is WRONG ON EVERY LEVEL!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

We rented from Floresta for 2 years. Never would I ever recommend for anyone to live here unless it’s a complete last resort. Upon our letter of lease non renewal, and forcing us out a family of 4 and a dog. They had the tenacity of charging us for a light cleaning when we not only cleaned and scrubbed. Also hired a cleaning lady to do deep clean after our once over. Not only that but we left one tiny little end table which they also charged us for. And trust me it wasn’t just us they did this to. They forced at least 6-7 of our neighbors out and did the exact same thing. One of those is filing a complaint with the better business bureau. The worst of the worst and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Sorry not sorry.

It's loud! Parties go on until 2 am.It smells like trash ALL the time!!Cell phone service is HORRIBLE!!The interior walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbors peeing in their bathroom. Absolutely no privacy.MAJOR construction going on. Including weekendsDrive thru the community. Talk to a resident. We'll tell you the truth. Don't sign until you do.I have to laugh at the 5 star reviews. They are fake
