  Absolutely the worst at communicating. Our project has been without power for over a month and have heard zero about the status of the work order.

  I have intermittent power and have no way to access my account as they keep asking questions which I am unable to answer. Therefore I cannot even get anyone to answer the phone while my power is still intermittent which of course my TV keeps going off as well as my Internet.
