I have intermittent power and have no way to access my account as they keep asking questions which I am unable to answer. Therefore I cannot even get anyone to answer the phone while my power is still intermittent which of course my TV keeps going off as well as my Internet. Having a real person answer a phone might be helpful

Power outages are to often. Is this to sell your outage packages that you should be responsible for to begin with. We pay for your services which are not cheap. I think it is sad.

Drove to Jupiter service center. Pushed button and no response. Waited 10 minutes. Tried again. No response. So much for the “Service” Center.?

Recently, a transformer keeps blowing at our house. I think this is the third time it's happened recently. FPL workers are so quick to get here and so pleasant! Today I put a request in at 6:50 when I heard it blow and an FPL worker showed up at 8:00am and it was fixed by 8:15. So grateful that even during this uneasy time, they are out to help. AND the reason for the blown transformers: squirrels!!!
