Just got ripped off. They’re selling items for more than double their original price. Do not shop here!
I checked my receipt and I bought something that is the color of the day and the 50% was not taken off.
I was scammed by Goodwill. Such a shame that I can’t shop here anymore

This is probably one of the worst goodwill’s. I’ve been to. It’s way overpriced compared to others. You are followed by the Security and they are constantly following you. The glassware items most of them are double in price compared to other stores. Check the items before going to the cashier because once you purchase them even if there’s a mistake in the price or there’s a flaw in the item they will charge you and you will receive no refunds whatsoever no exceptions. You don’t even get to see the prices on the screen before paying so make sure it’s correct before you pay!!! Especially if you are paying by credit card. They are horrible.

ZERO for customer service. As the previous reviews say this place is ridiculous and its employees are extremely rude. I went to the cashier to buy a few items one was a children's hat. It had no tag so the insanely rude blonde cashier (mentioned below in the other review) just took it away and said it has to be re processed in back. And I asked how long it would take and was met with basically zero response. She then asked the manager who echoed her sentiments. DO YOU guys want to make sales? I guess you're not hurting for business but it would be wise to like sell things to people wouldn't it? They refused to tag it for me. I WANT to BUY your product and you refuse to sell it. Make it make sense. Then I purchased another hat that had accessories attached and magically they weren't Included in my bag when I left the store. I returned to try and recoup them and once again - same employee ..... RUDE. I'm floored to be honest.

Worst Goodwill I’ve ever been to. All the clothes are not organized well. Only by type of clothing (dresses, tank top, short sleeves, ect) not by sizes. So it takes forever to go through everything. Also, very over priced. Staff wasn’t very friendly either.

honestly, the store is really going downhill. used to be helpful but not anymore. I was asking if they could give me a price on a certain item and then the employee grabbed it from my hand pretty rudely and just basically tossed it to the side. Every other goodwill will call someone from the back and evaluate it and give a price but not them or at least not employee she wouldn’t even call anyone she just said a manager couldn’t do anything about it. The employee was around 5’0 with blonde hair. I will not be going towards her if i ever come back.

Put a backpack in my cart and felt that it was heavy. Upon looking inside it had 5 men’s neck ties and a Cumber band and bow tie. When I took it to the counter to purchase I informed the checker that they were in there. I told him I was interested in purchasing a couple of them. He told me they were not marked, and therefore I could not purchase them. They would have to go back into stock and it would be a long time before they would get priced and be back out on the floor. So the neck ties that I found and wanted to purchase, we’re not available to me, but will be available to someone else. That seems odd. Terrible customer service.

I would have never imagined that someone could actually cause a not for profit donations center to get a 1 star for services.
Cleaning out a storages unit for the rich and famous.
They wanted to discord these things. I felt bad because even though I would have taken them all, I had no space and felt uneasy to just discard these items when I know for a fact they were in great condition.
Long story short
Got a uhaul truck load of high cost chairs, bed cabinets, glass, pop corm maker, lights, cameras, and a whole lot of other missolenious items.
So I searched for goodwill closest to me, pulled up hop of truck to ask the ladies that was there a question. Before I could say anything, she yelled from the otherwise of donations "wait your turn," i had no idea she was talking to me, so I kept walking toward them. She yelled again, and I was trying to ask her a question as far as what they accepted. She yelled again.
(This old Witch) just lost free money for the company because of her stupid attitude. Next time, please put people that are atlease approachable at the donations drop off. I will try another, not for profit. If not, then discard these items like I was told to do instead of trying to give them to someone who could use it or make money from them.

One thing you can count on is an employee giving you an attitude while you are here. Many store employees will make up ridiculous rules to annoy you. But for a real riot try to donate something to the obese rude guy in the back. Literally wouldn't take donations. And don't forget everyone this place is FOR PROFIT don't let them fool you by hiring disabled people. Pu lix does this too

No good deed goes unpunished!! I will never donate to this organization again. RUDE, psychotic workers basically barking ridiculous orders at me as I am trying to donate items. No charity is worth poor behavior.
