Wouldn't accept a lightly used $1,000 plus sectional sofa. I will never donate anything to Goodwill again. Such a terrible company. Now the couch is going in the trash when someone could have used it. There are for-profit company all they care about is making money.

Time and again I’ve encountered rude employees at the drop off area. This has happened several times over the past couple of years. The last straw was today when I parked and walked up attempting to donate some clothes. I was ordered to wait in my vehicle and drive up. Okay loud aggressive lady with the Covid mask, I won’t be donating any more to this location, I’ll drive to the Northlake location instead.

Tried donating 2 bags of shoes and clothes today. It was refused for not being good enough. I find it hard to believe there are no families who could benefit. Really sad they turn away donations. I guess I have to find another organization who really wants to help.

8.27.23Goodwill Jupiter Super Store & Donation CenterI am a small business owner in a retail customer service related business.I have been a customer at the Goodwill store for seven years and a Gold Club member for about five years. My wife and I donate all our unwanted clothing and household items to the Jupiter store.I always round up at the register.I am not a reseller.I enjoy shopping at Goodwill for unique items you could never find in a retail store. On Saturday August 26th the Jupiter store had a 50% off all items day.I found a very unique item I wanted to purchase. No price tag on the item.I asked a back room associate to price the item. I was told that is against Goodwill corporate policy and that the item would be repriced and placed back on the shelf the following day.I went back to Goodwill Jupiter the following day and as promised the item was back on the shelf and priced. I asked the Manager, Kyle, if he would honor the 50% Off from the previous day when I attempted to purchase the item and he said No as corporate policy did not allow him to do so.Couple of thoughts.1. That the manager of the facility does not have the discretion to make a situation right for a loyal customer is just bad business.2. The customer service "vibe" at the Jupiter Goodwill has deteriorated noticeably in the past year or two as has the inventory, the pricing, and the general cleanliness of the store.Associates appear to me to be much less willing to engage customers and when I engage an associate they have this "please don't talk to me" attitude. Not that they don't want to, but as if they are afraid to engage.Employee morale seems low.One exception has been Joanne at the register. She is always very pleasant and personable.

Cashier and manager were incredibly rude. First bad experience at goodwill. They make their own ridiculous policies. I highly don't recommend.

Huge store. Tons of teddy bears and kids toys. Found some really cute build a bear animals. Some of the items are steeply priced though. Kids toys and stuffed animals should be over 3.00 and their cups and things are priced a little high.

This location has rigged the system for their customers. They take all of the high end goods and put them online and charge a huge markup and leave all of the low quality goods behind for everyone else. Nothing but stained broken clothes and low quality home goods. It’s a bait and switch operation so they can sell name brand items online. Don’t go here!

I used to go here almost once a week. However, I will no longer be going. As for some reason they have decided to completely do away with selling books. I get that they might not have move a ton of them, but you lose customers like me who came there specifically for the books, and then of course did other shopping. And it’s not like the store was really that pressed for space to keep the ones they had. Pretty sad to see them move away from all the good that books bring about in culture. Also, over the last year, I’ve noticed a major increase in prices to where it’s not even getting to buy other things there. It’s been fun, but I’m done.

Don’t waste your time. Everything was dirty, extremely worn, cheap brands. They are selling all clothing for $5.99 but some things sold less then that new. They definitely don’t have any name brand/mid brands. If there was anything, it was stained. I don’t know how they even put some stuff f this stuff out for sale. It was all garbage. All the shoes were gross and smelled horrible. Not one pair was worthy of being in a store. The staff was ok. I didn’t have any issues with them. They did have a few pieces of furniture that were priced very well. I won’t be going back for clothes but might return for the housewares/decor and furniture.

Horrible place. It used to be a pleasure shopping there but its disgusting now. Also tried to donate brand new mirrors, chairs and shelves and the guy there wouldn't even look at them said they were full, not the case though...he just didn't want to do his job. Have donated there for years, never again!!! Don't waste your time at this place because the employees are rude and place is filty

This used to be a good thrift store. Today I unexpectedly had the day off and I came by on my way to the beach. They had prices all over everything but when I got to the counter, they said to ignore all of the prices and that everything in the store is $5.99. First of all, it is illegal to price things with tags and then sell them for a different price at the cash register. Second of all, a used bikini top is the same price as a dress. How does this make sense? I put back the used bikini top because six dollars is outrageous. This store needs to figure things out and unfortunately the disorganization and the illegal pricing difference between what the tag is and what it is at the counter, leads me to give this one star.
