My grandmother drives a Chevy Equinox, and the employee parks his Equinox in the drive lane and got in an argument with a customer when the customer couldn't drive into a parking spot. He is a manager. There are plenty of tire stores to go to.

Called to have the guy answer, ask me to be put on hold, and put on hold before I could even respond. When he came back I asked about installing a brand new tire on a brand new motorcycle wheel for the guy to tell me nope no motorcycle wheel bye as he then hung up on. Whoever’s at the desk needs to be replaced, cause I guarantee I’ll never come here for service with someone having a curt attitude like that.

Had an appt. Waited an hour and my car had not been seen yet. I was waiting for the car but I can't just sit and do nothing. I walked around ate some lunch came back and "I get maybe your car will be next" BUT NO I WAITED another hour. What is the point of an appt...ps there were e no customers when I got there. Staff informed me that there is always at least an hour wait...just not used to having to wait so long

The gentleman who works the front desk has a professional mannerism. His name is Laszlo. He presents a time frame that is realistic to the work being done. I would recommend this business. I would return when needed.

I had a flat on the Florida turnpike highway and stopped by to do a quick repair for a plug or out the spare tire but there is nothing quick about this place. Workers in general are nice but they just move in such a low speed. If you have plenty of time to drop the car off it’s a good place but for a quick tire fix it’s not great.

Avoid using GoodYear if you have a German car. I called and asked the price for a full synthetic oil change. They told me $85. When I arrived and they saw my VW Atlas, the price went up to $162.99 plus tax.The VW dealer is currently charging $89 plus tax. This GoodYear store is a rip off and I am disappointed because I was planning to bring my Ford truck here but they have lost my business.

Have bought many tires there for a couple cars and had many oil changes done. The guys have always been great. Even went in one time thinking we needed tires and they were very honest and told us we did not need tires! Great service and very honest.
